Don’t buy from Herno
I bought my husband the same jacket in two different sizes because I was not sure which one would fit. The day after receiving the jackets, I contacted Herno for a return label for the one jacket we were not keeping. I waited a couple of weeks to follow up on the return. Herno had received the jacket back, and I was told they were working on my refund, and it would take a few days for the bank to process it. Six weeks later and many emails,I have still not seen my refund!!! I have been getting the same ridiculous response. The bank is processing it!!! I will never buy from Herno again. Who needs this aggravation ….will I ever get my refund???

If it would be possible, I would give ZERO! End ob October I bought hybrid jacket from Herno Online store, Last week I brought to professional cleaning and the jacket lost the gold Dekoration in front!! I can’t wear it any more and Herno Customer Service don’t reply on my mails , on 0800…. from Austria I can’t reach them! I will NEVER buy anything from Herno for them very HIGH price with extrem LOW QUALITY!!! And customer service doesn’t exist by them, they don’t know what it is! Be careful buying Herno Products!
HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered a jacket which was too small. I submitted a request for a return label and got no response. I sent another email alerting them to this. I got a response saying I would hear from them by the end of the day. No response, email, no response, email. Call the 800#, I was hung up on, call again - the connection was horrible. The rep told me I would be sent a return label. Nothing. After multiple attempts at contacting them, it is outside the return window of 14 days. DO NOT BUY from the Herno online store. I love the products, but the US-based fulfillment is beyond abhorrent.
Terrible customer service!
Terrible customer service!! I love Herno coats and jackets but would never order directly from the brand again. I needed to return an order and despite requesting the label to be sent to me, it never arrived until I called them for the fifth time and wrote three times. The customer services are not helpful, they don’t really want to help with returns and told me there’s not much they can do. So therefore I was expected to keep a product just because they could not generate the label. Despite ‘sending it’ to 3 different email address over three separate days, it only arrived after calling for the fifth time.

It took 28 emails. I got 28 email from stupid customer services who copy paste answers. I paid for express shipping and got a delayed jacket and 28 emails.
Herno has been a favorit brand for my whole family for years, i have soent many Euros on Herno products the last years and this experience has diminished my perception of the brand because i just can deal with stupid people who represent a smart brand.
Sorry, you lost me as a customer forever.
Poor quality and unhelpful customer service
I recently purchased the GLOBE FAST5DEGRADABLE BOMBER from the online store. In the last couple of days I finally wore it, but the jacket doesn't keep me warm. There are 7 degrees outside, which I don't think is too much of a cold temperature, but after a little
while being outside, if I put my hand under the jacket I can feel my body very cold. Given the price and the quality, this jacket should work better. I asked help to the customer service, but since I bought the jacket more than 15 days ago, I could not return it. The reason why I purchased the jacket a while
ago is because usually the smallest size finishes first, so I always need to buy things before I actually need them. Given the price of the item, I think the customer service should definitively work better and at least offer a partial refund.
Worthless quality - be aware
So i bought a jacket from a local dealer who sells Herno (amongst other brands) in Malmoe, Sweden. The jacket was leaking down from the first day. I was traveling alot at that time and showed up at the store two-three months after the purchase and showed them the jacket. They agreed that it was pretty unusual and leaked alot of down. I told them that i really loved the jacket and would like a similar. If they dont have it in stock, i can also take another jacket from Herno since i like their models.
The local dealer sent the jacket to Italy for checkup by Herno them selves. In return i got a textmessage that Herno claimed me of having used the jacket inapropriate and they wouldn't claim it back. (I work within finance and have used the jacket while walking to the office and home...)
Since i am a good customer to the local dealer he was a bit of ashamed so he took the jacket back and i got a full refund.
This is really sad because i liked the brand and their clothes but as a matter of principals i will never buy anything from this crap company again and wouldn't advice anyone else to do it either since they dont care about their customers at all. They take no responsibility for the quality issues after the clothes has been sold. Be warned.

If I could give zero stars I would. Like the previous reviewer I also placed an order, which was accepted, the payment was taken and I was even given tracking information. Three days later they cancelled my order without any explaination. I suspect they made a pricing error on their website because when I checked back in the price had changed (more expensive). According to European consumer law, they have broken a legally binding contract in doing what they have done. If they were UK based they wouldn't have a leg to stand on but there is zero to no chance of getting anywhere with it. Pretty poor behaviour all round. Won't be ordering from them again

Terrible experience. Bought an item online. Payment was taken and delivery confirmed. A week later the order was cancelled without explanation. I was assured the matter would resolved but it is still ongoing weeks later. After numerous email exchanges, I was promised a phone call. 4 days on, and I am still waiting.
Asked several times for their formal complaints procedure, but doesn't seem like they have one. In other words, there is no recourse. All round terrible!!
Having been a fond Herno customer for several years, going forward, I will spend my money elsewhere.
Worst customer service - Avoid it all costs
I bought a coat a month ago. It was never delivered and they claim to be investigating since then. They don't give a timeframe, refund or anything. Avoid it all costs. The products are nice but do not buy from their online store use a reputable retailer who can offer some guarantees.
Poor Customer Service
Ordered a Herno Coat online and found there was what looked to be bird or rodent faeces on the jacket and reported it to customer service and provided pictures. I decided to have the coat professionally dry cleaned at the cost of £105 as I thought I may keep the coat. I asked Herno if they would be willing to reduce the price of the coat considering I had it dry cleaned and it was received in a poor condition. I was informed that they could not provide a discount and that was the end of the matter. Dont think I will buy another product from this company as they don't seem to value customers. There are many other clothing companies out there that provide clothing that is not covered in faeces.

I purchased a Seattle coat from you last year. When I wore it for the first time all buttons came off over the first two days and I had to have them stitched on again. When I wore it for the second time, I thought I had lost my passport and my money. However, investigating, I found that the whole length of the seam at the bottom of the breast pocket had opened up and I found my passport and my money at the bottom of the lining. I guess I will have to find someone now to repair the pocket. I would have expected better quality from a product sold at that price and mad in Italy?
This is the letter I sent to Herno. They never really replied except for saying they were passing the letter onto the relevant department.
