I have been using Herons for my fish food for a number of years and the service, quality and delivery has always been excellent. When there was an issue with delivery due to the carrier Herons quickly sent out a replacement. I have no hesitation in recommending them to all.

We always buy our fish foods from Herons, and our fish all go mad for it, where they aren’t that eager with other brands.
We’ve grown our Koi fry to over a foot long, just on Herons Koi pellets. Our tropicals always go into a frenzy for the tropical flake food we buy.

The customer service goes above and beyond every time. Recently, Evri did what they do best, and lost our latest fish foods package.

Herons kindly replaced the lost goods immediately, and sent by a next day courier.
I really can’t fault anything about Herons.

First time ordering fish food from Herons pet world my first order did not arrive but got InTouch with them they were very helpful and friendly and quickly send my order out again with no extra cost will definitely be using them again and the fish food was perfect for my fish .

I recently purchased from Herons PetWorld and had an issue with receivership of a package. Ebay and Royal Mail had stated that the package was delivered but I had not received it. After contacting Herons and messages passed back and forth they trusted my claim and quickly sent me a replacement package. The second one I did receive. I thanked Herons for their understanding, trust and rectifying the issue. They were helpful and polite. From my experience I will definitely buy from them again and recommend this business to others.

I have used Herons quite a few times now and have always had super service. On the very rare occasion there has been a problem, they have always been straight on it to the Customers benefit. They have been a pleasure to deal with, with high quaulity product assured.

I've purchased various foods for both my aquariums and koi pond from Herons over the years, also aquarium and pond products. Their variety is great and also their prices are some of the best out there.. The foods are of good quality and always delivered in super quick time. Just recently the delivery company ( not Herons) caused a minor hitch. Herons were brilliant. Their communication and speed they sorted everything for me was great. I would highly recommend them to everybody. Try Herons you won't regret it.

what is great about herons is their range of quility fish food and other products in relation to the aqutic hobby. the fish food is excellent and all of my fish enjoy eating it which helps keep my fish healthy and in good shape. when ever i have contacted them for advice they have always been most helpful. they are always polite and very understanding. i would certainly recommend them to anyone who keeps tropical fish or other pets.

EXCELLENT quality of food AND service! My doggies adored them so so much I've never seen them that keen to eat so fast haha.
