Ordered a lovely " mum " necklace for my grandchildren to give there mum for her birthday , very quick delivery , came in a nice presentation box too very happy with the purchase they were so excited to give it to her , thank you. Norman

Would have been nice to get a branded gift bag aswell as the little box to put each bracelet in. - had to order bags separate. Also had to pay €65 customs before receiving the parcel which was annoying.
