Very poor cancellation services. But I'm still glad I left
I was on a contract with hey broadband for about 2 years thereafter I languished for another 18 months before deciding to switch.
My switch primarily because I found the service was not as good as advertised I often had periods where I had poor connections.
What really upsets me is when I canceled my account they kept on billing me way past the time I had already switched because they supposedly had not received some sort of switch order, even though I called and cancelled the account. They kept insisting they tried calling to confirm the cancellation, even though I had called personally and expressly told them I was cancelling my account twice.
I see no reason why after calling them twice they kept trying to call me back to supposedly confirm I was canceling my account.
This experience is a nightmare and I would not advise anybody going to hey broadband I'm sorry.

Hey Broadband listened / read my initial concerns and addressed them head on, without fuss or protestation. They clearly understood and actioned to my satisfaction. Communications were also clear and regular as to the progress. I never felt out of touch with what was happening behind the scenes.

5g WiFi issues
I had all sorts of WiFi issues, they looked through them one by one. Even when it was a hardware fault on my side, they still took second look .. same issue. I then managed to fix my side, they still called back to check - beyond the SLA and so reassuring!
