Poor quality shoes. 3 months in and they look like I've been irradiated. No response to my emails or tweets. Poor service, poor product. Avoid.

Ordered online for the first time. Was uncertain of what the correct size would be, as one does not have the privilege of trying on the shoe. Paid up front on the 19th of August and received the two pairs of shoes on the 2nd of September. They were one size too small! I emailed them and explained that this is my first order and that I now knew what my correct size on their product is. They sent a Return DHL Label and I returned the shoes on 4th of September. After several emails asking for confirmation of them receiving the items back, I finally got a refund on the 3rd of October. They charged me $40 for the return cost! $40 down and no shoes!
First time – Last time for me! It is my earnest belief that shoe sellers should allow some leeway for first-time buyers so they can get the correct size, not being able to do it in person!

I ordered a size 11 and noticed immediately my order said size 13. Sent email & still haven’t receive a response. I called customer service 5 mins from placing my order & they said they couldn’t do anything to assist me although they said they see my order. Zero customer service!!!! Plus their sizes change with every shoe. One day 11 will fit & the next pair size 11 feels like a size 9. Furthermore they don’t hold up at all. Since they have gotten so big they have no concern for the individual buyer

Review by Anonymous UserSo I ordered a pair of M UK 11 jutes and found they were a little small so returned them and ordered the M UK12.
This was back in August 2025 and 2 deliveries later, I still don't have the right size.
To give a little credit, I don't need to return the wrong size items, but to get it wrong twice is some going.
I was so frustrated that after the second time I asked for a full refund and for a 3rd reshipment, which they agreed to, only to find,after contacting their customer services that as I have had a refund there will be no reshipment!!!
Don't Trust The Brand

Company lacks transparency with international returns. The return policy states free returns, but when I started the return I was told to purchase a label at a carrier of my choice or purchase the label they provide at a discounted rate. Either option wasn't cheap and it would have cost me half of what I paid for the shoes to return. I reached out to the company and got a very generic response. Replied with my feedback again and got a "sorry for your experience" email but it was clear they were not willing to help in any way. This was my first and last purchase of a HEYDUDE product!

Ordine effettuato l'11 agosto tramite Instagram confermato.
Dopo 15 di giorni scrivo al corriere con nome cinese che mi risponde che a causa del numero elevato di ordini saranno necessari altri 15-20 giorni. Poco dopo mi arriva comunicazione di avvenuta consegna ma le scarpe non sono mai arrivate. Un paio di giorni fa scrivo al Servizio Clienti Hey Dude che non mi ha ancora risposto. Spero che non sia così ma, viste le altre recensioni, temo di aver perso i soldi. Attenzione! AGGIORNAMENTO. Il servizio clienti mi ha risposto che non risulta nessun ordine a mio nome e di rivolgermi alla mia Banca, quindi sono stato imbrogliato da qualcuno che usa il marchio Hey Dude sui social visto che ho fatto l'ordine tramite un link con il loro logo e che mi sono arrivate email di conferma ordine e consegna (mai effettuata) sempre con il loro logo (a voler pensare bene)? Mi sarei aspettato una risposta e un intervento più collaborativo, se non il rimborso almeno un loro intervento per appurare la situazione. Scrivermi di rivolgermi alla mia Banca significa sostanzialmente che sono problemi miei e che a Hey Dude non interessa niente che qualcuno con il loro nome (sempre a voler pensare bene) si appropria di somme di danaro usando il loro marchio sui social.

Whilst the shoes are fine and comfortable, the customer service is appalling. They have taken my money, marked the item as being successfully delivered when it hasn't, they keep going round In circles trying to fob me off and do not seem to care or give you the name of the courier company used so you can log a fraudulent case with them.
I would avoid at all costs and purchase your dudes from a shop.

Gerade Schuhe bestellt. Ich hatte einen Rabattcode, der mir als eingelöst angezeigt wurde, am Ende der Bestellung wurde dieser aber wieder, nicht, bzw. schwer ersichtlich, nicht angewendet. Rabatt ist bei verschiedenen Konstellationen nicht möglich, bspw. reduzierte Ware. Keiner der Punkte traf auf die Bestellung zu, die Kd Betreuerin hat es nicht wirklich interessiert. Bestellung war bei Crocs, Hey Dude Schuhe sind aber sehr gut eigentlich.

Acquisto da hey dude sponsorizzato da facebook,ma anche se con il tracciamento, mi dice consegnato, il pacco non è mai arrivato... Non sapendo a quale corriere fosse stato consegnato rispondo alle mail inviate ma senza alcuna risposta.
Purtroppo non ci sono altri contatti sul sito che è ancora attivo (tra le altre cose il sito originale è identico con gli stessi caratteri) purtroppo pagando con Postepay non è possibile avere nessun rimborso ed ahimè non so a chi rivolgermi

Preso un paio di scarpe,mai arrivate
Loro mi anno fatto vedere il tracking della spedizione con scritto consegnato ma a casa mia non è arrivato niente come altre recensioni lette.

Very bad service. Purchased shoes off their website, due to a website failure (their statement) my order was cancelled. I paid using the Klarna option. Hey Dude claims I never paid and Klarna won’t refund as they not getting a refund from Hey Dude. PLEASE do not buy from them, their service is shocking and no help in anyway. Crocs should be ashamed of this.

Bonjour j’ai commandé 3 paires de chaussures et toujours rien le site me dit c’est livré un dimanche après midi en France pas de livraison le dimanche voilà une belle arnaque

Ho ordinato un paio di scarpe lunedì 21/7 credendo arrivassero entro 3-4 giorni lavorativi (come c'era scritto sul sito al momento del pagamento). Essendo che venerdi 25/7 le scarpe ancora NON erano state spedite, decido di contattare il servizio clienti. Ovviamente non mi hanno dato nessuna informazione utile. Decido allora di cambiare indirizzo di spedizione, dato che martedì 22/7 devo partire e non sarò più nel domicilio che avevo indicato. Contatto allora nuovamente il servizio clienti, cambio l'indirizzo; mi dicono che se ne deve occupare il reparto di competenza, che hanno inoltrato tutte le informazioni a loro. Sabato 26/7 mi arriva una mail che mi avvisa che il pacco è stato consegnato al corriere (BRT). Controllo che l'indirizzo di spedizione sia stato aggiornato, ma ovviamente NON era così. Ritardo spedizione ingiustificato, servizio clienti RIDICOLO

Ich habe meine Rücksendung am 12. Juli bestätigt bekommen. Seitdem warte ich auf die Rückerstattung von 48,99 Euro. Laut E-Mail sollte diese innerhalb von 7 Werktagen erfolgen. Bis heute habe ich trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage weder mein Geld erhalten noch eine hilfreiche Rückmeldung bekommen.

Das ist absolut inakzeptabel. Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht angemessen. Ich kann daher nicht empfehlen, hier zu bestellen, insbesondere wenn man im Fall einer Rücksendung auf eine verlässliche Abwicklung angewiesen ist.

In fairness they replaced two pairs that were delivered and left outside my front door and stolen ,but at nearly £70 a pair they are a rip off ,a guy I know bought exactly the same shoe off Temu for £6 just did not have the name on ,these are cheap Chinese manufactured shoes bought by the company for under a fiver and sold for exhorbitant amounts ,just a total rip off by a company who chose a quirky name ,don’t buy !

Ordinate e pagate le scarpe dopo una settimana trovo lo status dell’ordine ancora in lavorazione (sic) decido di rivolgermi al servizio clienti in Albania dove mi rispondono pressoché deridendomi. Allorché deluso vado a annullare e mi ritrovo la richiesta di rendere il prodotto MAI arrivato (io ho il portiere per cui non esistono problemi di mancata consegna). Sto trasferendo il tutto al mio legale, rendiamoci conto e soprattutto me la prendo con me stesso per non aver consultato come da mia sana abitudine prima Trustpilot……. Spero che la mia segnalazione possa essere d’aiuto per altri

Meine bestellung seitens HeyDude wurde ohne angaben von Gründen Storniert, kein Kontakt möglich- außer die Amerikanische Telefonnummer. Jetzt kann ich hoffen das ich mein Geld bekomme, nachdem was ich hier so lese bekommt man krämpfe. Nie wieder!!
