On holiday at the moment. Put 2 tags on suitcases both tags have come off and lost. Links are of very poor quality. The ones that spin round the centre piece lost. Won't buy again

Thank you for taking the time to write this, and I'm sorry you lost both tags while you were away.
The tags you received are the ones from the Keys range, which is what the order was placed under — round, on a split ring, made for a keyring in a pocket. My Travel & Luggage tags are a different product: a short leather strap or an all-leather tag, with no ring and no moving centre, because a suitcase gets knocked about in a way that keys never do. You should have ended up with those, and the ordering page should have said so plainly instead of letting the choice pass without a word. That one's on me, and I'm changing it this week.
I'd like to put it right. Email me at info@heyowner.uk with your order number and I'll post replacement travel tags with the leather fitting, free of charge, to your home address — no rush, they'll be waiting for you when you're back. If you'd rather have a refund instead, that's fine too.

Well made and engraving is top notch looks good on my car keys, hopefully I'll never find out if the idea works! But just incase I ever loose the keys there's a better chance they will find there way home 😁

Thank you — glad the engraving came out the way it should. And we're hoping you never find out either! If the day does come, whoever picks up your keys just scans the code and a message comes straight to you, without your number ever being on show.

So simple, low cost and practical. Literally you can tag anything you want and are afraid of losing. Arrived quickly and once you add your address and contact details you can forget it.
Excellent and recommended.

Thank you! "Tag anything you're afraid of losing" is exactly the idea. And the best part of setting it up once is that your details stay in your account — whoever finds something gets a way to message you, but never sees your address or number.

Brilliant ICE card for peace of mind with epilepsy
I recently purchased the emergency ICE card and honestly it is one of the best things I have bought for my epilepsy. It gives me peace of mind knowing that if I ever have a seizure or I am unable to speak, someone can scan the card and contact my emergency contact quickly.
It is simple, practical and easy to carry with me. I do not need to worry as much when I am out, because my important emergency details can be accessed when needed without exposing everything publicly. A really useful product for anyone with epilepsy or any medical condition where they may need help in an emergency. Highly recommended.

That's exactly what the ICE card is for: you decide what's on it, and whoever is helping you can reach your emergency contact without the rest of your details being on show. One small tip: keep it next to your ID or bank card, because that's usually the first place people look. Stay safe.

Does exactly what it says
What a great product. I do have trackers on my stuff, but we all know, if your stuff disappeared, under certain circs your tracker would end up, disabled, in someone else’s hands, or your battery may just conk out. This enables a honest finder( still plenty out there) to reunite you with your belongings. Have just ordered a bundle after my initial purchase. Fabulous.

Thank you — and thank you for coming back for a bundle. You've put it better than we manage to: there's nothing on a tag to switch off and nothing to run flat, so it just sits there waiting for an honest finder. Plenty of those about, as you say.

Thank you, Gareth. Easy activation is the part we spend the most time getting right, so it's good to hear it landed. And if friends and family do go for it — the multi-packs work out cheaper per tag than ordering one at a time.

After months of carrying this thing around the QR code still looks just like it did at first.
Setting up took less than 5 minutes and the link is still functional highly recommended.

Absolutely love my golden engraved key tag! The engraving looks beautiful, and the gold finish gives it a really classy, premium feel. It’s well made, looks exactly as I hoped, and makes my keys feel much more personal. Really pleased with it and would definitely recommend!

The HeyOwner tag has proven very useful. I got one for my cat who likes to wonder outside, safe to say he wouldn’t have been able to get back home had it not been for his HeyOwner tag being scanned by someone who found him a few miles away from home. I would recommend the tags to anyone who wants their pets safe :)
