Accurate & on time - everytime :-)

It's usually a very easy experience. No having to go to the GPs surgery and finding somewhere to park; no time spent going to the pharmacy in town (and parking again). No waiting around to get the meds. If I've ever had a problem it's been sorted quickly and efficiently.

Been using for years now. This makes life so much easier having the prescription delivered to my home address. The Reminders are a godsend too as I usually go out of sync and forget when I’m due. Brilliant service please don’t ever stop!!

I have been using Hey Pharmacy to deliver my medication for a few years now.
It is usually a smooth process with regular notifications and delivery usually within a week following my GP authorisation.
I continue to be impressed with the service which Hey Pharmacy offer.

Hey provides an easy, straight forward service that alerts me, via email, that my repeat prescription should be ordered. I go onto the Hey app. click order and in 3 /4 days my prescription arrives in the post.
Just excellent service.

I have been using Hey for a few years now and have never really had any issues. If you are ill and need your medication immediately you can bypass the post and have it sent to a pharmacy. When I've had any other issues they are quickly sorted out by the team. I live in the middle of the countryside so to have my regular meds sent through the post is great 😊

Using the app is easy.

No hassle like that there is at the doctors pharmacy e.g. unacceptable hours for collection and long waits.

Hey Pharmacy has always gone the “extra mile” when dealing with my repeat prescriptions. Ordering & delivery always prompt with regular updates on progress. On the odd occasion when my GP surgery has not processed the prescription correctly, Hey pharmacy has always’sorted it’. Thank you.
