Delivery man was so helpful, I had no one to carry it upstairs and he kindly went the extra mile to bring the two part package up.

granddaughter bought a kitchen from B&Q/Heze and when we tried to put it together , no contents list, no instructions and many items missing such as doors, backs ,screws, dowels and some of the units were wrong size. I had to help her because these people treated he dirt at a time that her infant daughter is very ill. Do not buy from these people

the fact we didn't know when we bought it that it came flat pack it took us two days to build it up
