Great service

The table we ordered is very nice and stable, the only downside is a lot of parts to assemble.

The product turned out to be much better than expected, luckily it was very well packaged as the courier had caused some damage to the exterior by handling it badly. The only improvement I suggest is better communication and information on the order once it had been placed and paid for.

1st class everything from start to finish. Polite, friendly, courteous, reliable and simply the best. These guys have set the standard to another level. Thank you Team!!!

I ordered an extending coffee table from Heze and I’m very happy with it. Before ordering I spoke to Michael and I got all the info needed. Would definitely be ordering from here again. Top service.

They are doing absolutely nothing, as a company all staffs don’t have any connection each, one of them saying that it will be delivered today another one saying that we dont know where is your delivery, it’s a complete joke.

No complaints at all! The table we ordered converts from a 2 to 4 seater to upto 8! Perfect for our living area to host.

Took a little while to be delivered, but the customer service responded quickly and clearly, with an amazing delivery driver!

I received outstanding service from Edyta in selecting and designing the layout of a handleless Heze kitchen, to suit a tight budget for a rental renovation. She understood my needs and was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process and delivery of the kitchen.

When I brought forward the delivery date, Edyta somehow managed to prioritise my requirement and this enabled me to install the kitchen units earlier. Photo shows the installed kitchen and design view.

Waited up for delivery after night shift after being given delivery date via email. Didn't arrive. Called company to be told wouldn't be for another 3 days. Wasn't told that it would be kerbside delivery for very large item.
Driver was helpful and did what he could but was on his own.
Product is great so far.

I ordered a black red white cabinet and within less than 2 weeks it was already with me. I got a phone call the day before to inform me of the delivery and on the day of the delivery I was able to track the driver. The delivery man was very positive. The package arrived safe and the whole cabinet is just so beautiful, an addition to what we already had from GENT collection. I would order from Heze again because they are very professional.

Karol deserves the highest rating for delivering my corner sofa. The entire process went flawlessly – from arriving on time, to professionally bringing in the furniture, and carefully setting it up in the designated spot. Karol was polite, helpful, and paid attention to every detail. I’m very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend his services!
