vielen Dank für Ihre offene Rückmeldung. Wir sind wirklich bestürzt zu lesen, dass die Grinsekatze bei Ihnen angekommen ist. Das klingt furchtbar enttäuschend und wir möchten uns aufrichtig dafür entschuldigen, dass wir Ihnen so teures "Lehrgeld" gekostet haben.

Das ist absolut nicht das Erlebnis, das wir unseren Kunden bieten wollen.
