Dan and Kian have always been really helpful since we have been passed to the support team. All queries have been solved efficiently and they are very quick to respond.
Use HFX Daily, Never have issues but if I do the support team are straight on it and respond straight away. Brilliant service from the support guys - Thanks Dan Wren for help today most appreciated.

New hours pattern
Alfie has been brilliant from start to finish on this project. We needed the new pattern set up urgently, and he did a fantastic job getting it sorted quickly. Thanks to the rosters and patterns being set up correctly on Imperago, payroll has run smoothly today without any issues.

overal HFX is not a great system for… anything really
overall HFX is not a great system for the user, lots of errors and clocking in problems.
support have been polite and try to help.
website is slow and has added hours of work to my week. i personally wouldn't use and certainly not pay for, but have no choice as work have brought it in
