Ben Harrison has supported me from beginning to end. He was like my rock—lifting me up and encouraging me to complete everything, even when I found it very difficult. Went to book through HGV Learning to upgrade my Class 2 to Class 1 HGV license.

Was quoted £2200 for CPC, medical, training and vehicle costs. Already have cpc, already did medical in 2022, so advised that these were not required. Still advised it would cost over 2k.

Local company booked me in to do 2 day course for less than £500.

The brokers just sell a one size fits all package which doesn't suit existing HGV holders. Can't see the point in a broker.

I am greatiful about the services of this company.Initially I had a lot of doubts about getting HGV licence but once get connected to this company I developed overwhelming confidence and I have already recommended my friend who has embarked on the programme. I am very happy with the revising app its user friendly the information is detailed. Initially I had some doubts but when Sara Carrington took me on board I started to develop confidence and I am doing very well with her guidance and support.I don’t hesitate to say this is the best consultant in a nutshell she is fountain of knowledge she knows her stuff thumps up for you Sarah.

Went well at the start and I was doing a course for a company I was working for but they went bankrupt so I stopped using hgv learning services for for awhile almost 6 months I had a medical and use the theory test about five times until the company I was working for went bank route because they went bankrupt. I was then trying to find any job just to get money coming in and I found a career that didn’t require me driving lorries anymore so I then rang these up to explain the situation and they basically just always referred to terms and conditions I wasn’t asking for a full refund. I was just asking for half or less but they offered me two months which equals about £300 Ish I appreciate it’s a business that has to make money to run and I understand that but with a company of this size you would think that they would have something in place to help people in my situation out which has got health problems which I didn’t want to tell the people about in the office because it’s none of their business if I was you I would stay away from this company as I think they are a scam just take your money and then don’t help you out when you have any problems. All they do is just say we referred to the terms and conditions which I think is unacceptable. I’ve never known a company like it most companies in fact all companies give you at least half back what you have paid which I can understand about the other half because yes you did use some of their services and did a medical but the medical and using their theory test six times and obviously your medical ones doesn’t cost half of what the course is to do I wouldn’t waste your money with this company and when they try to resolve the issue some person on the phone was just really rude wouldn’t let me get my word and just kept trying to talk over me and just kept saying about the terms and conditions in the end. I ended up putting the phone down after he said he would just refund me two months they’re in all round bad company, especially if you have any problems and can’t continue with the course. I’ve never known anything like it. One mistake in my life have made and I won’t be ever working with this company again. I have to give them one star but I’ll give them zero stars, honestly don’t waste your money with this company.

Don’t take your course with this company, well I paid 200 for deposit and then after that they tell you everything is ready in one week, after 2 week they called me for the cpc certificate when I told them in the phone I haven’t passed the cpc, then they told me I can’t take the course without passing the cpc, now I’m claiming my refund, and they are telling me that I can’t have my refund because I went over the 15 days, when I had to wait 2 week for them to call me, that’s bull shit they are stealing people money they kept my 200 pound when I didn’t even see the place or where I was going to take the course, they are theft

Passed my hgv class 1 with James he got me through the whole thing everything was booked perfectly, no messing around and very trustworthy guy to be in contact with.
Definitely recommend if you're looking to start your hvg career.

I am writing this review for those who have doubts about the training hours for upgrading from Category B to Category C+E, whether 32 hours of training is enough to obtain an HGV Class 1 license, and whether height might be a limitation. At 159 cm, I was unsure if I could drive an artic comfortably. Before joining, I spoke with Mr. Adam Kaloni from HGV Learning, who assured me I could. The entire process—medical, theory, CPC, and practical—went smoothly. Thanks to HGV Learning.

Just passed my HGV Class 1 with HGV Learning, The good thing with them is they got flexible payment plans ! You got a choice to choose which one is best for you! Their study material was simple to follow, their instructors are very friendly they got good communicating skills
