Team have been great
Team have been great, very efficient and kept everything straightforward for my hgv theory, hazard perception and case studies. Practical has been booked in also.
Deqa has dealt with booking me in for these and has been great at finding me times and dates as I work full time and have kids to look after on my time off. I havent always been able to take the initial dates offered, but Deqa always has something more suitable within a day or two.
Passed all tests so far first time, training material is very I'm depth and gets the job done

So far so good whenever I call in they…
So far so good whenever I call in they always reply accordingly, had a delay on email replies from Thomas Bigsby however after calling in they informed me his on holiday and assisted me with anything I wanted through the call.
Bought the back to back course so far it's going great I already had my medical which went great also the app provided with the course is great, so far I have passed 17 of these tests in a row so hopefully the theory test shouldn't be an issue.
Also if someone reads this review whenever booking the actual driving practice and test do you get a choice of either passing on manual or automatic lorry? I already hold a manual license for a normal car just wondering if you can pass on automatic as I have read even if you pass on automatic as long as you have a normal manual license you can still drive both?

This is a rip off overpriced bad service
This company is run by a bunch of incompetent imbeciles. The service is over priced and they don't explain to you about the 1,500 intrest you will have to pay on top of the 3,200 you will Pay for their terrible service. They lie to you to get you to recommend other people to there company promised to pay you £100. But they wont. They promised to get u into work but they dont this company will rip you off big time you can get your class C for just 1,200 start to finish if you do it yourself these people are not worth your time or money dont make the mistake i made.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed about our services. Unfortunately the information you have provided here is factually incorrect.
Majority of our customers, including yourself, purchase training courses using finance option, which allows them to pay monthly instalments, instead of paying the entire sum at once. As with most financing options, there is interest added to it. This was explained to you at the time of purchasing the course as well as in the documents you have received from the finance company, which shows the amount borrowed, added interest and also payment terms.
When you were purchasing the course, the training adviser explained what the training entails and how much it costs. Based on the information we provided, you decided to purchase the training course.
Having looked at your training record, I can see that you have failed your practical training and 2 additional retests. Unfortunately, this means that you haven't become a qualified lorry driver, which made it impossible to refer you to any recruitment partners we were working with at the time.
You also mention that one can get training for CAT C for £1200. You purchased more than just CAT C training: medical, theory, CPC Module 2 and Module 4,practical training and 2 additional retests. The entire process was managed for you and you would have been referred to our recruitment partners should you have passed the practical examination. In addition to this, you utilised our finance option which isn't necessarily available from most training providers.
I appreciate there was a delay processing your referral fee, for which I apologised when we spoke over the phone earlier today. I will also be looking into finding out what was the reason for such a delay, as normally these get processed in a couple of days. Once my colleagues from the finance department confirmed that the payment was released I called you and informed accordingly.
I find it rather odd that you think we are incompetent imbeciles who provide poor service, yet you were more than happy to refer your friend to us for his training.

Great company and very reccomend if you…
Great company and very reccomend if you would like to get your licence and start new carrer in this area, team very helpfull to answer your enquires, can get a little time wait over the phone but in case they not answer you they will contact you, training with instructors was amazing, now have class 2 and future will do again my retest for class 1.
Cons- After pass my licence on hgv class 2 specilized training didn't done contact me to find work/support in this area however had to do it my self and look for job on my own.
Pros- Great team and excellent training to pass hgv licence.

Do not use, has no respect for privacy laws. Unless you hide your phone number if you are stupid enough to make an enquiry with them, even if you do not speak to anyone and even if you hang up before it goes to answerphone, they will take your phone number and start to send you marketing messages with NO option to opt out, and you will receive regular sales calls that will continue even after you point out that you did not give them permission at any time to use your number. Disrespectful, Aggressive marketing, in breach of data laws. Avoid at all costs.

As most businesses, we do log missed calls from our current, or potential customers. We do this to ensure that none of the enquiries get missed. Our training advisers return all missed calls, as the majority of the missed calls we get on our main number are from people who have genuine interest in HGV/PCV training, which probably was the reason in your case as well.
The marketing messages you received were sent by mistake and I do apologise if this has caused you any inconvenience. We have since reviewed the processes and put some additional measures in place to avoid such situations happening again in the future.
When we spoke over the phone, you confirmed that you would like your phone number to be removed from our system. Your number and any associated information we may have had at the time( i.e. time of the missed call). was removed shortly after.
