Clear communication, information and prices from a very professional and friendly team from the outset. I’ve had my boilers annual service carried out by Felix who took the time to discuss the boiler and the most efficient temperatures for the CH and water. I’ve since had a sink and toilet removed by Martin, everything was left sealed and he very kindly carried them outside to the back of the drive. The price I was quoted was reduced as it hadn’t taken as long, which was very much appreciated. Lovely experience with engineers who both seemed very happy in their work and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Felix, the technician, was very competent, friendly and did a fantastic job of installing o Hive Thermostat and Hub.
He explained about the kit and thought very sensitively as to where things could go to ensure that the receiver was hidden.
The whole experience of dealing with Highfield was excellent, from discussing our requirements through to paying the bill.
We will be using these guys again.

We recently used Highfield Plumbing & Heating for several jobs, including fitting an over the bath shower, installing an outside tap, and replacing a bath panel, and we are incredibly pleased with the results.

The second time I’ve used Highfield P&H. This time to replace my ancient inefficient boiler and similar radiators. Craig was knowledgeable in what was required, and on the day Martin & Josh quickly got on with it. Only the second time I have used Highfield. After the first boiler service decided to give them another go as impressed with service. Happy to say that their standards and workmanship is still first class. Plenty of communication prior to visit and the engineers were courteous and polite. Have now taken out a boiler care plan, very competitive! Highly recommended.

Pressure dropped several times on new boiler. I eventually rang Highfields who sent Martin to deal with it . A small leak was found on an old joint under the floorboards. Martin replaced the joint so hopefully the issue is resolved . Can’t fault this company , they respond very quickly , however minor an issue may be. Feel well supported by them. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. Great team.

Felix arrived on time. Was able to diagnose the problem with our toilet within 5 minutes. The original installers had been back three times and were unable to fix the problem. He was professional and the job was completed in no time at all. Would thoroughly recommend. Must say we have issued Highfield Heating on numerous occasions for differing jobs and have never had a problem.

Ball valve in my water tank wasn't working properly, leaking out of the overflow pipe and soaking the wall outside. Put my problem on Checkatrade site on the Sunday evening, the first to reply was Highfield plumbing and heating, spoke to them Monday morning, the plumber named Felix arrived Wednesday and only took half an hour to replace. Was impressed with their communication and very impressed with Felix the plumber, overall a very satisfied customer, would recommend

While trying to service my boiler the technician detected some problems that would be very expensive to repair. Having decided to get a new boiler instead, Highfield Plumbing and Heating turned out to be an highly efficient and helpful provider. Communication with them was efficient. When the day of the installation arrived a young technician arrived who was obviously very well trained and highly knowledgeable of his trade. Not only did he install the new boiler, but he also optimised the settings of the radiators throughout the house, making the system as a whole work better than it had for quite a few years. Highly recommended.
