Highfield Heating breached Section 49 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 by failing to diagnose a blatant physical fault that a third-party engineer fixed easily. Despite providing manufacturer data showing a 46°C temperature gap they missed, the company refused to cancel their "diagnostic fee" and attempted to use administrative stalling tactics.

They eventually cancelled the debt "on a commercial basis" once they realised I would not be bullied and had formal cases open with Trading Standards and the Gas Safe Register. A deeply unprofessional company that seems to prefer debt collection over technical competence. Be very wary of their service.

We had excellent service from Highfield Plumbing and Heating. We were impressed by the efficiency and reliability of the whole process. Craig was clearly very knowledgeable and fixed our heating system quickly and efficiently. We would certainly recommend and will use again.

Very nice helpful knowlegable and patient engineer who attended my 92 yr old, nearly deaf relative. Explained everything to him and cleaned up well afterwards. Would highly recommend them and we are using them again.

Craig came out in about October to fix my leaking boiler. We contacted him and he fit us in the next day. He sorted it all in just over an hour and gave me advice on what I needed to do to avoid the problem happening again.
He then came back recently with Joshua to do a full system flush and both were very professional and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend!

Excellent experience with Highfield plumbing and heating from the start.
Booked in quickly to visit my property to give an assessment and quote for the job required, once accepted again the date for installation was hastily scheduled to my required time frame.
On the day of installation I was texted by the company to confirm that they were on their way which was very helpful.
The job was completed in a timely fashion and my property was left in the same condition as before.
The after care and close contact with the company post installation was exemplary.
I would definitely recommend Highfield Plumbing and heating. Excellent all round.

Sorted my cooker

I booked in with Highfield a few weeks before the appointment. I received a few reminders and also had a text 25 minutes before Martins arrival to let me know he was on his way.

Urgent call out with history with Highfield.. engineers were early, polite, stuck with job until it was all sorted.. excellent - I ve signed up for the care plan!

We had an issue with intermittent hot water for over a year, and a large energy company was unable to resolve it. We then contacted a local company, Highfield Plumbing and Heating, and the difference was night and day.
The problem was quickly diagnosed, parts were ordered, and the issue was resolved — we finally have consistent hot water. The team kept us informed at every stage, were extremely professional, punctual, and their pricing was very reasonable.
