We booked a boiler service for the first time with Highfield. Excellent communication with Sarah in the office. The lads turned up when expected, got on with the service quickly, and left the space nice and tidy. I will certainly be using this company again!

I have used Highfield Plumbing and Heating for many years and have never been disappointed. They are trustworthy, professional, knowledgeable and prompt.

This is the second service that we have had carried out by Highfield, and we will continue to use them. They turn up promptly, and do a thorough job at a competetive price. The engineers are friendly and polite, and we are happy to rate them five stars.

Gas works were being done outside my tenanted property on a Friday. During reconnection, engineers noted gas pressure drop. Attributed it to a potential leak within the property. Supply was disconnected till leak was rectified. Contacted Highfield Plumbing and Heating. Spoke to Sarah who coordinates works who very quickly got back to me engineer’s visit the next day. Unfortunately the engineer was unwell but another engineer was arranged. Martin was efficient, courteous and reassuring and on time. Could track his progress.
Courtesy, competence, reliability, honesty and integrity is what I value in trades people. Highfield has always shown these qualities. I do not quibble over cost as I trust them never to over charge me, do anything that does not need to be done or inflate prices. Use company regularly and is my go to trusted trader. Highly recommended.

Kept us informed very professional

Initially requested an inspection, yearly check and we found other parts failing so due the safety reasons we decided to replace the boiler with a new one. I appreciate Martin’s flexibility and quick reply so they came on a Sunday and fit our new boiler. My kids were happy to have back the heating so I really appreciate all effort from this team. Highly recommend for others and we will continue to work together for future checks or repairs. Thank you !

Wanted a second opinion on a boiler repair +/- a quote for replacement. Was ready to get a new boiler if it wasn't repairable and he could easily have sold me this. But, was honest and repaired the boiler after the first engineer we had out told us it wasn't possible.

Great service, needed someone to look at a faulty boiler, came same day and charged standard boiler service fee which was very reasonable and cleaned all elements of the boiler not just a safety check. Craig was knowledgeable and friendly, even showed me how to change the pump head as we couldn’t get a new one that day, to save me revisit costs. Will be my first call for any plumbing needs.

Second time I have used Highfield plumbing and the service was excellent. Arrived on time, great communication, job completed to a high standard. Very happy customer.

Martin did a good job of installing new Worcester boiler despite some challenging piping. There were a few post-install issues (a couple of leaks) but both Martin and Craig were quickly on site to rectify and offered some useful advice on some deficient piping issues lathered in the system which was appreciated

Very positive experience with this company in fact we are commissioning them for more work. They are professional, reliable & consistent in their skilled practices. Politeness that goes a long way in my view & customer service that is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Great availability for a last minute appointment. Kept me updated on arrival time and which engineer would be coming. The gas engineers were very professional and quick when carrying out the boiler service. Really happy with the service would use again.

Kieron and his apprentice came and did our annual boiler service. I found them very knowledgeable and efficient, answering all my questions lol. Highfield Plumbing installed my boiler and a whole new heating system in 2021, and have been back every year to service.

Highfield provide good communication and they found time for a visit within a couple of days. Their engineer Martin turned up on time within the allocated slot and got my heating back in working order again within the hour. Cannot fault the service. I had a positive experience with Highfield plumbing.
