Keep topping up with High 5 Zero
Keep topping up with High 5 Zero, and energy gels, definitely gives gives me a boost during.

Managed to get hold of the HIGH5 Run pack at a great discount price.
All products are fantastic with great flavours.

NOT impressed
NOT impressed, you say that the product has changed but the only thing that I can see or taste is that the bars are SMALLER and the price is more EXPENSIVE... I hope that the ones I've bought last me until I find something to replace them...

I used two tablets per water bottle
I used two tablets per water bottle, rode hard in the Quantocks for almost 3hrs and I didn't get cramps in my legs like I used to before using electrolytes, such as High 5. Will use again without hesitation on long rides/hot days this Summer.
