The Health and Safety course was clear
The Health and Safety course was clear, informative, and very well structured. The content was easy to understand and covered all the key areas, including workplace hazards, legal responsibilities, risk assessments, and safe working practices.
The examples used were practical and relevant to real working environments, which made the information easier to apply day to day. The course also helped reinforce the importance of following procedures to protect both employees and customers.
Overall, this was a useful and engaging course that increased my confidence and awareness of health and safety responsibilities. I would highly recommend it to anyone working in the workplace.

I really like the explanation and how the slides are structured. It is really helpful. My only concern is, the video is fast so if you don't give close attention to it, you might miss the explanation.

Misleading.
I undertook a course in Cat First Aid, CPR and Emergency Care. I found that the course covered a lot of theory, but offered no practical guidance. I had hoped to find videos or photograps showing how to perform CPR, how to dress a wound on different parts of the body etc - but instead there were vague explanations and AI generated images which did not relate to the content. There was even a unit on legal considerations for babysitting and child welfare....in a cat first aid course. I also paid for certificates when buying the course, only to find i hadn't actually bought the certificate, I had just bought a discount! Very misleading indeed.
