A bit like snake oil...
It's been a year, and still paying off the debt incurred with the HTE Over Promise and Over Sell program. Even though I expressed up front that I worked FT and could not make the daytime zoom calls, I was assured that this would not be a requirement, BUT IT WAS. I was in about a week, maybe two and discovered that this was not the program that I was sold by Kevin. He was good at closing for Tara's deals, but not by delivering what was promised. Sadly, the whole process felt really snakey and heartless!! Just a word or two of causion for anyone looking at utilizing their so call tools.
BUYER BEWARE!!
12/19/22 - entered into an agreement for a Business Marketing program offered by Tara Mullarkey called High Ticket Empress (HTE). As part of my contract I received a 100% money back guarantee if I did not recoup my investment of $11,800 during the 90 day program. While the details of the guarantee were shared with me during the sales call, I had concerns about the requirement of attending all live calls (due to work). When I brought my concerns about the language of the guarantee to the sales rep he stated that it was not strictly enforced and unfortunately I chose to trust that he was telling me the truth, so I signed the agreement. After completing the 90 days, I wasn't able to make my investment back and I messaged HTE to ask for a refund based on the guarantee in my contract. They responded by saying that I initially qualified, but because I didn't satisfy the requirements for the guarantee I was no longer eligible for a refund. They then listed additional requirements that were not in the agreement or shared with me verbally or otherwise (apparently, attendance at all live calls not only meant being there live, but also submitting questions & being coached on all calls - not stated in my contract). This was a complete 180 from what the sales rep had stated during my sales call to get me to sign the agreement. Not to mention the requirements are so rigorous that they are impossible to meet as it included 3 weekly coaching calls plus another coaching call that met biweekly. There are 6 elements of fraudulent misrepresentation and this business has met all of them. Due to the company's fraudulent misrepresentation of their guarantee I am left with a huge financial investment lost. I also put in a complaint with the Better Business Bureau hoping to resolve this matter. They sent correspondence to High Ticket Empress with no response. Still no refund as of this date. BEFORE YOU BUY, MAKE SURE THIS IS WHAT YOU REALLY NEED. THERE ARE SEVERAL OTHER REVIEWS JUST LIKE THIS ONE. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE SALES TACTICS.
Absolutely a scam
Absolutely a scam! Tara is dishonest and running a scheme to take peoples money and pray on people.
If you have ZERO experience in the coaching business, DO NOT FALL FOR HER PROGRAM!
So as someone who was just freshly graduated high school & having to also find a job in the working industry right as the pandemic began, I’m ashamed to have fell for what I genuinely thought was a “job ad”. At age 22, I realize I was preyed on & scammed through a sponsored “job ad” from Facebook through Tara’s so called “coach coaching program”.
Facebook used to have a job ad section & in it I found “Life Coach” and saw the salary, benefits, & description, etc. What I should’ve paid attention to was how the whole process I went through to get into a “coaching program”. And I will admit, me at 19/20 years old, I should’ve researched this program online separate from what her “success stories” told, cuz that’s how you tell the real successful people from the fake successful people, is seeing how many failure stories/losers they have versus their success stories/winners. Again, my fault, I’m willing to ADMIT to my mistakes & failures.
I, at 19 years old, sat on what I was under the impression of was a job interview via Zoom call with Kevin (at 5pm on a Tuesday??? I’ve never had a job interview so late in the day so I should’ve known better that what I was about to get into was just a “get rich quick scheme”) & we went over the details about how this could be my “financial freedom”, “quitting my 9-5 job” & “setting myself & my family up for life” (you know, the whole inspirational pep talk before they ask for you to “invest in them so they can invest in you”) he asked if I was ready to become a coach & I said yes, and THEN comes the “oh by the way, we need to know you’re serious about us as we’re serious about you, would you be willing to invest $10K into this new chapter?” And I was like “holy crap, I don’t have $10K to my name, let alone $10K to invest” and of course I said “I don’t have $10K to invest…” and he goes “oh, that’s okay, you can finance it”, which he then goes on to magically & quickly find me finance departments that would give me $10K when I had LITTLE TERRIBLE CREDIT (again, which SHOULD HAVE BEEN ANOTHER RED FLAGS😂) but I was so stupid & naive & Kevin/Tara knew this, they just don’t care, they make money off preying on vulnerable people who have no idea what they’re doing with their lives or how to be smart with their money (which I’m starting to come to the conclusion that THAT’S how Tara has become a “self made 7 figure business woman” is by taking money from people who want better for themselves but don’t know how to coach or know anything about being a coach, so she calls them “uncoachable” & bullies them out of the program cuz she knows they can’t stand up for themselves & ask for their money back) because if they truly cared, they wouldn’t openly accept every person into their program & claim “they invest in everybody”. You don’t invest in people who had zero idea on how to run a business, let alone a coaching business, that’s how pyramid schemes & get rich quick schemes were founded, which from the looks of it, is what Tara’s program is (because everybody I’ve told my story to, has said “Sam you got scammed & you should’ve/should speak up”)
I too have seen the gaslighting to the beginners who were in tears or quiet cuz they felt embarrassed for asking for genuine support of “I don’t know what I’m doing, please help me” because Tara didn’t realize how many people need their hands held in order to build confidence in a “coaching business”. I kept asking for approval of my coaching business name, the secrets, the webinar launch, the beta calls, etc., but nobody will give you a yes or no answer, it’s just “well you could always do…XYZ”.
I’ve also seen reviews online about how they fell for the “we promise you’ll make XYZ amount of money in XYZ amount of time guaranteed or your money back” & they had done this around the same time as I had joined. Where’s my money back??? I’m being hounded by the finance department that Kevin signed me up to for the money I financed with them, and now I’m about to have my wages garnished (which weren’t great back then, not much better now).
Tara, shame on you for preying on young women & yet you claim to be a women empowering, Christian, self made business woman, especially during a pandemic when money is tight for everybody as it is.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK! THIS WAS NOT WHAT I THOUGHT IT WAS GONNA BE!
BEYOND grateful for this team!
I am BEYOND grateful for Tara and the High Ticket Empress Team! I joined February 9, 2023 and comitted to dive in! The work has not been easy, but they were there encouraging, and troubleshootiong ALL along the way! Tara's additional emotional trainings were truly the secret sauce to unveiling where I've mentally and emotionally been holding myself back. With these trainings, and their help, I've been able to know WHERE to focus my efforts, HOW to nail down my niche, and was able to surpass my 2022 year end income in the month of March ALONE! So grateful God put it on Tara's heart to share her gifts, so we can more confidently share ours too!
Don't fall for it
I went into this program with a positive attitude and was committed to growing my coaching business. I was willing to try everything they recommended. I attended or watched coaching calls for 6 consecutive weeks. At this point, approximately halfway through the program, on a coaching call when I asked for support, I was refused coaching and told I was “uncoachable.” I was bullied and gaslighted on a group coaching call. After this happened, I did not receive any further support to achieve the outcomes explained in the initial sales call. Tara Mullarkey promotes empowering women, especially Christian women, and then preys on them throughout the program. If you are not seeing results, she doesn’t actually know how to coach you. She will find a way to make you leave or stop showing up if you aren’t seeing results rather than help and support you. I saw this happen repeatedly throughout my time in the program with multiple women leaving coaching calls in tears. The positive reviews online were unethically solicited to give the impression that she runs a profitable and supportive business. As someone with really thick skin, I’m embarrassed to say I fell prey to Tara’s tactics but this is narcissism and gaslighting at its finest. Whatever you do, find another coaching program. Don’t fall for it like I did and believe the outcomes she is promising you. Your mental health is more important.
DON'T TRUST THE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE!
DON'T TRUST THE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE!
This program is predatory. They will say whatever they need to in order to get you into the program, including offer to give you all your money back if you don't recoup your investment by the end of the program.
I fell for this guarantee. I told my sales rep that I was living on savings. That I didn't have the $10K to give if I still wanted to have food on my plate and a roof over my head in 4 months.
So he threw this 100% money-back guarantee out there, with no explanation on what the conditions of the guarantee were. Just that it existed. I'll either make my money back or they'll give it back. A risk-free no-brainer, right?
So I agree to it, and fork over my first payment. It was only AFTER I paid into the program that I was presented with the contract with the guarantee details.
Attend ALL 40+ coaching calls over 12 weeks or the guarantee is forfeited.
Uhhhh.... WHAT?! That's next to impossible, and I shared my concern with my rep. Who then went on for the next 10 mins or so trying to make me feel better.
"If you miss a few, no one will hold it against you"
"We just expect you to show up to the majority of the calls"
"If you can't make it, just send us a message and let us know you didn't just disappear..."
"Do you really think missing 1 or 2 calls will be the difference between you succeeding or failing?"
For 10 mins....
With all these assurances (and the fact that I was recording this conversation for my own research purposes), I decided to trust what I was being told instead of what I was reading.
Fast-forward 12 weeks and I hadn't made my investment back. So I reached out to HTE about redeeming the guarantee.
I was -expecting- some kind of pushback based on the verbiage of the guarantee in the agreement. That I hadn't attended ALL the coaching calls (although I let them know when I couldn't make it... like my rep told me to).
The response I got thoroughly shocked me. They didn't mention anything about not having -attended- all the calls, apparently I was supposed to "Submit questions to and get COACHED on" ALL 40+ calls.
A stipulation that was not in the agreement, nor was it shared with me anywhere else.
Never mind it's a condition that is literally IMPOSSIBLE to satisfy - and since it's their program, they know that.
We went back-and-forth in an email exchange for a couple weeks. HTE relented on the "coached at all calls" requirement and pointed to the fact that I hadn't attended ALL the calls. And shared screenshots to prove it.
Screenshots where I messaged them and told them I wasn't going to be able to make it and why... like my rep TOLD me to on the sales call...
Which actually makes it evidence that I did exactly what I was told.
Since HTE was -clearly- not going to give me my refund, I decided I was done asking for a refund and said I wanted to move to arbitration. Which is in the contract I signed and something ELSE I'm entitled to should a "dispute arise under or concerning the agreement"
They ignored my request in their response. So I asked for it again.
In their next and final response to me, they mention something about my "threat of a lawsuit" and that they still weren't giving me my refund.
Side Note - Isn't the whole point of arbitration to AVOID a lawsuit...? Isn't that the whole reason they put that in their contract in the first place?
At that point the reality of it all was perfectly clear - anything in the contract that benefited them would be enforced, and anything that benefited me but hurt them was a bogus promise.
So I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Not surprisingly they have an F rating.
Search the BBB for 7 Figure Coach Worldwide Inc in Florida (the business listed in the bottom of Tara's website as well as the bottom of the HTE website).
My next stop is the Federal Trade Commission, because their sales tactic to get me into the program WAS fraudulent misrepresentation.
Research on the matter show there are 6 bars to clear to be considered fraudulent misrepresentation:
1. A representation was made; ( ✅ yup)
2. The representation was false; ( ✅ yup)
3. The defendant knew at the time that the representation was false, or recklessly made the statement without knowledge of its truth; ( ✅ yup)
4. The representation was made with the intention that the plaintiff would rely on it; ( ✅ yup)
5. The plaintiff did rely on the false representation; ( ✅ I trusted him and signed the contract) and
6. The plaintiff suffered harm by relying on the false representation. ( ✅ and YUP)
The guarantee is a trap to get you IN the program with the ILLUSION of a safety net. It's fake. It's predatory. It's a lie to make people feel safe parting with money they literally can't afford to part with otherwise.

Finally Healed from my High Ticket Empress Trauma
It has taken me 8 months to emotionally recover from my traumatic experience at High Ticket Empress after being financially frauded, gaslit about it, & then iced out of the program only 1 month into a 3-month long, $9,800 program. I have finally regained the strength to write about my experience, but will keep it as unemotional and factual as possible in order to protect my emotional well-being:
I agreed over the phone to pay HTE $9,800 total for the program, split over two payments a month apart. However, there was a misunderstanding over the phone & they wrote in the contract that I would pay $10,800. Immediately upon signing the contract (an entire day before I even had any access to any of the course modules / Facebook group / coaching calls / etc.), I let the sales person & rest of the team know that there had been a mistake & that they added an extra $1,000 to what I had initially agreed upon. They told me not to worry & promised to fix it upon the second payment. However, when the time came, they did not rectify the mistake (despite us being in contact about our plan all that month); instead, they charged me the extra $1,000 despite our agreement. I disputed this charge with my credit card &, after much back-and-forth, they were forced to return the $1,000 to me.
However, once this occurred (1 month into the 3-month program), they completely iced me out & stopped coaching me. While I still have access to the modules (since I hadn’t spoken out publicly until now…I have been told from others that HTE deletes anyone’s access to the modules if they write a negative review or stand up against the bullying and unethical behaviors of its founder, Tara Mullarkey, in any way), they stopped responding to me on the personal coaching Slack channel, erased me from the group Slack channel, were not welcoming on the coaching calls, & later deleted me from the Facebook group which I was under the impression I'd have lifetime access to.
Besides those more obvious wrongdoings, this company also acted out of alignment with integrity in many other ways. For instance, the contract says the Slack coaches would get back to the clients within 48 hrs max- that was not always the case, and many times they would only get back to you to say you should ask them again on the coaching call in a week (48 hrs already feels like a long time when you are on a roll with trying to grow your company, but having to wait a week for just a couple minutes with a coach on a 2+ hr group call can really stop any momentum in its tracks). They also promised me on the initial sales call that I would have access to one-on-one calls with my own personal coach – however, they apparently decided to discontinue that feature immediately after I joined the program. They are also misleading in their marketing - making the program seem much less intense than it is, & even allowing beginners into the course, even though it is incredibly advanced (&, since I was iced out, I was unable to figure out ClickFunnels & Facebook ads from their modules alone—which they claim you should be able to do--& ended up needing to hire outside help to get it running). Another marketing angle that they used was that HTE is a woman’s empowerment program…however, not only did the program exemplify the exact opposite of that in general through their belittling, bullying, & gaslighting behavior, but when I joined, there seemed to be more men who were a part of their team than women (or at least an equal amount), which is probably fine for some people, but I was specifically looking to work w/ women & I mentioned this on my sales call (to the male salesperson) who did not alert me that this program wouldn’t be what I was looking for then. The coaches also tend to shame and gaslight their clients, & ice out those who hold them accountable to their word--to the point where many other clients have reached out to me about it, stating that they are afraid to speak out against them for fear of being shamed. I also know that this company bribes for positive reviews).
I could keep going about the reasons that this company is out of integrity, but I won’t for my own soul’s sake. My hope is that this review can help at least 1 person from not experiencing the financial fraud & emotional distress that I went through with HTE.
RESPONSE TO REPLY:
I withdrew my comment re: Trust Pilot since I didn't realize TP deleted those reviews, not you.
If you check the dates of your screenshots, you'll note that there was no coaching given AFTER you realized I was requesting a chargeback from the credit card company (granted, a couple days after the 1-month mark).
Yes, I was blocked from Slack & FB.
To call the $1,000 situation a "simple mistake" is a flat-out lie.
I expressed dissatisfaction via Slack & email several times.
Your next high-ticket program should be Gaslighting 101.

SO THANKFUL FOR HIGH TICKET EMPRESS!
Tara and the supporting coaches in her program are SO knowledgeable! I was finally able to stop playing small. Within 2 weeks, I made $2500 on my first sale! I showed up to the calls, listened to others being coached, and did the work! I now have an offer I can scale!!! Worth it!!! If I could give 100 stars, I would!

Things I wish I knew before signing up – buyer beware
If I could give a negative star amount I would.
These reviews were solicited. Before Tara created a Sales Training, for which the price of admission was a review, she went from have 3 reviews (2 positive that came after her soliciting reviews in the slack channel and one very negative review from Nat) she shot up to 26 5-star reviews overnight. People who are in this program know there is no room to disagree with Tara. People were kicked out of the program for stating honest and very mild critique of the program. Because of this, these 23 reviews are inflated and only positive as opposed to being honest. This is dishonest solicitation and skewing of reviews. I know half of the women who did this and they now regret their positive reviews but are too afraid to edit them knowing that Tara has come after people’s businesses who publicly disagree with her.
There have been BBB complaints filed yet scrubbed from the internet, a class action suit, formal complaints with the attorney general of her state, and multiple people requesting chargebacks/disputing the charges with their credit card companies because they are THAT unhappy – all factual things I wish I knew before investing. I actually won my dispute against this company and got my money back, which was a miracle. I didn’t know going into this program how misaligned my values were with Tara. I really did not want her to have my money.
Not to mention I did not make any money with this program. I only lost money. My revenue also went down. I owe it to spending ALL of my time on this program for three months, using pushy marketing tactics, and not having the coaching support I needed to keep me aligned with the strategy that was best for me (not a broad, overarching plan that is supposed to “work” for everyone) and my goals. I can’t tell you how many times I left her calls crying from blatant abuse and continual gaslighting. I’m just glad I never got to the paid ads to sink even more money into this process with them.
Tara is mean. The reviews of “she’s a straight shooter” are an understatement. People leave her calls crying and most people ultimately stopped submitting questions because they didn’t appreciate her tearing into their confidence without being built back up in any way. You’re only supported or cheered on when the program is working for you which is coincidentally when you need the least emotional support. If it isn’t working it’s your fault and you need to figure it out or get completely ridiculed on a call with Tara. I’m fine with tough love if it’s productive. This is NOT productive. Run.
I have done coaching programs before with a ton of success. My first business coach and my first launch I made 15k my first month of sales and consistent 10k months after that, having just invested in another coaching program right before Tara that brought me my first 20k month. The moment I started implementing and trying to sell my new program via HTE my revenue went DOWN. It went from consistent 10k months and my first 20k month to a $2,500 month and the month after that, $0. Tara did NOT listen to me when I tried to tell her that pushy sales didn’t tend to work for me and that I felt like what I was doing before had actually been working better than this. She gaslit me and that was that.
So yes, I made no money. I lost money off my monthly average (although thank goodness I ended up getting my chargeback come January) and honestly this program sent me into a deep depression kicked off by burnout and questioning my own sanity. There are now a ton of women coming out of this program offering eachother emotional support and who KNOW about the practices that happen within this company without a doubt, at that time I had to sit with this for weeks to feel into whether I was the problem or not. Sure, I can be the problem, but I was willing to get through that with coaching as I’ve done in the past with other coaches. I truly believe that if the coaching in this program had been different, my results would have been different, and that was a hard stop for me in questioning my sanity anymore.
Please do yourself a favor and skip this program. Find someone who is honest, they exist. Find someone who cares about the outcomes of their clients. Find someone who can treat you with respect while pushing you to be their best. They exist, I’ve worked with quite a few at this point with better results than were possible here for the sole reason: those coaches cared.

Tara Mullarkey lives up to her name...mullarkey= insincere or foolish talk
I was drawn to work with this coaching company solely because of their money back guarantee. I honestly thought there were only 2 possible outcomes for me: Option 1 (my preferred option) to make my first 11k in the coaching space in 90 days. Option 2 to get my $11,000 investment back if I did not make the 11k in the 90 days. I am new to coaching and I let Kevin, the sales person, know that. I didn't have a large following on social media, so it was slow to get people to respond to my posts and join my group or book a call with me. I expressed my concern about my progress around half-way through the program to Kevin and he immediately let me know that I wouldn't be qualifying for their money back guarantee because I didn't attend all coaching calls live and ask a question on each call.
First off, they never show you the conditions of the guarantee until after you purchase and the guarantee doesn't state what their sales person stated.
Here's the guarantee for those interested: If Client can show that they completed all work - including all modules, assignments, attended all
coaching calls, and special workshops - and implemented all material and assignments exactly as
taught, but did not increase their revenue by the amount they invested, Company offers a full refund.
Proof of attendance and all work completed and implemented as well as proof of income including
statements must be provided.
I work full time and was unable to attend all calls live, although I did watch every call. All calls are during traditional work hours, so anyone with a 9-5 job would have difficulty attending. They also added a 4th call during my time without notifying me. So essentially they changed the terms of the contract during the contract without me knowing.
During my call with Kevin I shared some personal struggles I was having which were later used against me when I emailed to express my frustration with the program and how disingenuous their guarantee felt.
I did everything they asked to the best of my ability. I was told that I wasn't making enough money yet in my business to move on to running FB ads, so since I didn't run FB ads because I wasn't making any money I also didn't qualify for the guarantee (a catch 22).
Tara's coaching style is definitely not one that feels supportive. She usually turned all blame on client's mindset. She actually didn't show up to that many of the calls that she was scheduled to do and had another coach fill in for her. I found those days to be more productive as Andrew is a fantastic coach and has a great teaching style. He also never pointed the finger at you for anything, but rather helped you see how there was perhaps a better way of achieving the desired result.
During a coaching call when Tara was there, she mentioned that her program wasn't designed for new coaches and it was so surprising that they kept attracting new coaches (I have this recorded) and then I later saw one of her ads that specifically said the program is not designed for new coaches. When I brought this to the attention of the staff and asked why I was permitted to join as a new coach, they just said it's not true that the program isn't designed for new coaches and because I was trained in my modality and knew what kind of coaching I wanted to do, I was the perfect candidate for their program.
On 3 different occasions I tried to express my concerns and struggles and each time I was dismissed. They advertise a money back guarantee, but it's obvious that no such guarantee exists and they will do whatever they can to make it the hardest thing to ever achieve. I wanted so badly to be successful with this program and it just wasn't my experience.
It's also important to note that they claimed to have a recording with Kevin explaining the requirements of the guarantee in depth to me, but as of yet they will not share the recording with me.
I lost $11,000 and learned some valuable lessons. I am writing this in hopes of saving someone else that is new to coaching from losing so much money when you are just starting out. If you are new to coaching or being lured in by the idea of a money back guarantee, just stay away!!!
Impressed with the focus on moving you…
Impressed with the focus on moving you forward! In HTE, we are required to submit very specific questions that help us with that one next step forward which really keeps the momentum going. In other coaching programs I’ve been in, advice was a bit general leaving me feeling scattered while this program was a lot more focused and intentional.
I hit a $7500 a month while in the program which was my highest to date. The sales script we are given is invaluable and I felt like that gave me the confidence to close potential clients more successfully. I also really benefited from the sales call reviews that we did as practice makes perfect and seeing what you could have done better is really eye-opening.
I created a group program when I wasn’t really sure how that would look before I got into HTE and I’m excited to continue enrolling new clients into this offer!
Best decision ever!
Best decision ever! When I joined HTE only 28 days ago, I felt discouraged from trying to figure it out on my own for over 8 months. I was lacking clarity about my offers and I’ve tried a few different things but had no good strategy in place. I was so close to quitting… until I got tagged in Tara’s ad online. Within a matter of days, I found myself on my first coaching call. I was nervous as imposter syndrome kicked in. But Tara is NOT ONLY an amazing business coach, BUT ALSO her mindset bonus training helped me to understand and overcome childhood traumas around my worth and money mindset. A game changer! Now, I’ve already sold 4 BETA spots organically (10k in revenue) and I am about to turn on my ads! The sky is the limit!!!! So excited 🥳
I just hit my first $70k month!!!!
The High Ticket Empress program was life changing for me! I’m a very successful Realtor and I knew I wanted to coach other Realtors on growing their social media but I didn’t know where to start or how to make it a high ticket offer. I literally went from $0 to $12k within the first 30 days of joining the program and in less than 4 months I hit my first $70k month!!! This program absolutely works!!
They Don't Honor Their Guarantee
Their sponsored ads on Facebook state " We GUARANTEE you will make $20,000 in just 30 days after working with us or you'll get your money back". LIES! They do not provide a copy of their contract until AFTER your payment is collected.
After 30 days, multiple submissions, countless coaching call attendances, over 300 members in my group, 3 webinars, 16+ strategy sessions, and ZERO dollars made, I requested a refund based on their guarantee. Unbeknownst to me, it came with stipulations not communicated prior to my request.
While they originally denied my request for a refund, I was able to respond and not only provide proof of every effort made, but clearly articulate the requirements they should follow when making such guarantees. One must follow the FTC laws, state laws, the Uniform Commercial Code and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Here's a detailed list of items their business has failed to do in regards to their "guarantee":
1. In the U.S., there is no law that requires businesses to offer money-back guarantees, but if companies advertise one, they must fully refund the purchase and make all requirements and limitations clear. If you do make any guarantees, the basic tenets of FTC and state advertising law need to be followed
2. Making guarantees are just like any other advertisement or claim. You can’t refuse to honor or follow through with any guarantee or misrepresent the nature of any guarantee, as stated on your website, terms of sale or elsewhere. Do what you say you will without limitations.
3. If you use the terms “money back guarantee” on your website or advertising, your business must provide any customers with a refund of the full purchase price upon request. You can provide some mechanism for processing refunds and make your customers go through that process. But, it can’t be burdensome or unreasonable and you should always refund the purchase price immediately after the customer has requested the refund

I gave them until Monday January 30th at 5pm PST to provide a resolution to my problem before seeking help from a consumer protection agency or other assistance. Unfortunately, they did not respond even though they revoked access to the training portal along with the private Facebook group and Slack channels. Potential Buyers, you've been warned!
Update: Refund was provided only AFTER I left this review and made a formal complaint with BBB.
2nd Update: What is disheartening is their misrepresentation of the facts. The facts are as follows:
12/22/22 joined HTE
1/26/23 requested refund
1/27/23 refund denied by Priscilla
1/27/23 deny refuted and HTE was given until 1/30/23 at 5pm PST to respond with a resolution
1/30/23 response was not received from HTE and review on TrustPilot and complaint with BBB were filed
1/31/23 received an email from Priscilla agreeing to refund and asking to remove the review

Kevin is the man
Kevin was not only the sales call rep for me to join the program, but he also guided me to make my first two closing calls within the first two weeks of joining the program!

The program works!
The program works if you’re willing to put in the work! I had 3 high ticket clients sign up for my beta offer within 6 weeks of signing up for HTE. I never thought that would have been possible before. I had been charging a lot lower rate for 1:1 sessions before. I’m so glad I signed up for the program, it has changed my business for the better!!

This program did not deliver on the…
This program did not deliver on the promises made.
1. Tara is a bully. She gaslights anyone that struggles or disagrees, she is unhelpful when you ask questions, and wasn't even present for most of the time I was in the program. Her other coaches seemed to follow suite, with the exception of Andrew.
2. Her material is sloppy, inconsistent, outdated, and is pulled from others almost directly. I wouldn't have minded if I'd paid $200 for the course, but for $11,000, I expect something intentional and updated.
3. There is so much negativity in her approach that many, myself included, stopped engaging and hesitate to review out of anticipation of retaliation (which I have witnessed)
4. She bribes students with private content to make positive reviews on this site.
5. I did my best to do everything to a tee, watching modules 3-5 times each, and trying to progress but I basically stalled in the first step because the only coaching I got was that I needed to change what I did in order to sell high ticket. To me, that means that I should never have been invited to join this allegedly exclusive program as the sales person says repeatedly that not everyone gets in and students are screened to see if they are a good fit. I did not meet the requirements if what I coach people through is not eligible for high ticket sales. Telling someone you can get them to high ticket and then telling them only if they change what they do is sort of a sleazy trick.
I have seen people say they have succeeded, so I'm sure it's the right program for someone, but weigh your decision carefully and trust your gut.

Did not meet pitched expectation! Was not for a beginner. Emotionally heartbroken in the end over experience.
I was brand new into the coaching space as I entered this program. I was also a FT health practitioner with a full caseload. I was told the tech would be easy and for me, it was not. I was told by the salesperson when I joined it would take up 5-10 hours of my time per week.It did not. It took me about 20hours per week to catch up to where I needed to be in order to be in a space to handle ALL of the new tech, information and implement it so I would be able to keep up with the pace of the program. This program moves incredibly fast for a newbie like me and it was absolutely NOT appropriate for someone who was just starting… completely overwhelming in the end. The coaching as a whole was poor. The style is not generally affirming or supportive, except for coach Andrew who was literary amazing and the only coach who was positive, truly gifted and encouraging. The other coaches came across cold and distant and really were not suited to someone new to the coaching field. The main coach Tara was a significant disappointment in live coaching calls and would challenge anyone of her clients who was struggling through gaslighting and blaming the client for whatever was not “clicking” or going well. In the coaching calls, she represented the antithesis of what I hope to be as a coach and her style was not suited to a positive, encouraging or supportive learning environment. If you were doing well she was quick to come along side you with praise and take much of the credit. If you weren’t and were struggling, “you were doing something wrong or not working hard enough”… basically it was your fault.
The reason for the 2 stars is because I did certainly learn a lot and was able to write my coaching program and I feel so good about that and am thankful. If I’m honest, I was able to accomplish what I did because I was pushed. HTE pushes well. However the emotional scarring was truly heartbreaking and left me feeling confused, discouraged as a coach and questioning myself. I do not believe the pitch for the program meets the truth of what someone should expect. I feel the promise or suggested realistic expectation of making money for the prospected coach, far outweighs what is a reasonable expectation. Not appropriate for a new coach and not worth the massive investment. ** Also much of what she teaches in her program is available for Free… I had no idea. Tara is incredibly smart, successful and has much to offer. However this particular offering & program left me personally scarred, emotionally beat and I lost thousands of dollars in the process. I feel I have a responsibility to let other’s know what to expect in full transparency of my experience.

I am supremely disappointed by Tara and…
I am supremely disappointed by Tara and her lack of empathy and professionalism. I paid $10,800 for her 90 day program and was diligent about following the modules as well as attending the 3-4x per week group coaching sessions. When I joined, I let the sales rep, Kevin, know that I didn't want to move platforms (using Kajabi) and he said that wasn't a problem. However, I ran into a major road block that lasted for about 6 of the 12 weeks of the program. My ads weren't converting and for weeks the only feedback I was getting is that I had to use Click Funnels (which I actually did for 2 weeks and didn't solve the problem). I tried so hard to follow the program exactly and be a great student. I enjoyed the rest of the staff and am still trying to sell my program (4 months in and spent thousands on ads with no sales). Instead of getting support from Tara I left every call with her feeling completely defeated and beat up. I do not recommend HTE.
