Do not trust this company

Do not trust this company. Bought a jacket which was meant to be large - but was tiny! The company refused to give me a refund. Said I had to return it to China and that would cost more than the item! After numerous emails they agreed a small refund if I kept the jacket. I still have not received the refund even though i have sent emails again.. BE WARY

As you can see below the company replied below and I email daily and they still ignore my emails and do not reply. It is a standard response to reviews but they still do nothing

Heated hoodie

I ordered this as a Christmas gift, although I did not realise it comes from abroad and it therefore took a while to arrive. Unfortunately the sizing is small and the intended recipient needs a bigger size. I have emailed the company requesting a replacement with a larger size. However, I am currently unable to comment on the quality or use of the product owing to the small size and the fact I have not yet received the replacement.

Absolute con. Items are tiny and unwearable do not order items are shipped from china take along time to arrive and not as described avoid at all costs. Will not issue a refund and want a review instead of a payment to correct their mistake. Here’s your review scammers

I ordered a heated jacket as a…

I ordered a heated jacket as a Christmas present but it was tiny when it arrived.

I didn’t have time to wait for a new one as it was for a Christmas present and asked for a refund.

They offered me a small refund which I have now accepted as I want something back but I am now being ignored by them. I would like at least some of my money back as I had to go out and buy something different because the sizing is so bad. I have sent multiple emails which are now being ignored.

Scam Company still waiting for a reply after 5 emails.

Still waiting feedback from the four emails I have now sent about my order. There is an automated email response to any negative feedback and both phone numbers on their website do not work.

This company is not in the Netherlands…

This company is not in the Netherlands it is in China goods are very small they will do everything to avoid a return it is £20 second class Royal Mail to return a gillet that cost £36 then after several emails chasing refund took 10 weeks but doesn’t include postage. My advice is use Amazon I only used this company as I thought goods would be from the Netherlands and good quality. There was no battery and they asked after I returned vest for photo with tape measure on it to prove they sent Extra small instead of medium. I have asked for postage refund but not their policy buyer beware.

I ordered a size small heated base…

I ordered a size small heated base layer for my wife for Christmas, unfortunately it was too small.
I cannot fault the after sales customer service team.
They promptly replied to my email and are happy to replace it with a medium
Size.
It was very straightforward, with no hassle,
Would highly recommended.

Heated coat is a little small

My order took a bit longer to arrive, but I put that down to it being Christmas. Heated coat is a little small, but have been promised a larger size on receiving a review. Also told no need to return original coat? Customer service replied quickly & were helpful.

Bad customer service

Iv been trying to get hold of this company to arrange exchange for some items received for Christmas the initial response was very quick but now can not get a response from them and the phone number provided doesn't work. Avoid using this company.

Great customer service

Great customer service, happy to help and resolve my issue. Easy experience!

Unfortunately I have since had great difficulty getting any response from customer service. I was promised a replacement item with a shipping fee but cannot get anyone to give me the details to pay for the shipping fee. Have been ghosted!

The product is lovely and really good…

The product is lovely and really good quality. Unfortunately the size I ordered was too small, I would recommend sizing up one if not two sizes. However the customer service has been excellent cannot fault it and they sorted a replacement quickly and with no hassle at all.

Heated Base Layer

The heated base layer itself is very well made—comfortable, warm, and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and need to send it back for a bigger one, but I want to highlight how helpful customer service has been throughout the process. Excellent choice and quality

Hike Adventure was the only place I could find the item I wanted, a heated vest. The item was excellent, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. The company have been very easy to deal with to get the right item.

Great conpany
