Ordered a couple of heated gilets and a heated pair of trousers. I would strongly advise going up a couple of sizes as I am a medium, I ordered a large and it’s still slightly too small.
The quality looks good for the cost but if I’m honest I haven’t used it because it doesn’t fit.😂
I am currently waiting on a replacement from Hike, at present the communication seems good and I’m feeling optimistic so I will up date you in a couple of weeks and hopefully change the 4 stars to a 5

Heated Gillet ordered for my dad for Christmas, wrong size sent by the company, measurements shared with the company along with photos showing the XL I ordered was in fact sized as a S, all within the 30 day no quibble return and they confirmed the wrong size had been sent. They then refused to give me a refund unless I paid for its return to China!!, their policy clearly states they will pay for shipping if defective or faulty. They keep offering 25% refund but item is useless if it doesn’t fit. Awful company avoid and buy off Amazon cheaper and no issues. Now gotta write a review to warn others and go through my bank as clearly they are a scam company. Feel sorry for my dad as this was his Christmas present, they really should be ashamed of themselves, policies are in place for a reason, you’re meant to follow them.

order took a little while to arrive and once arrived I wasn’t too happy with the quality. I emailed the returns department and they offered to cover the costs and send a label - happy with the overall service just not the product. Sizes also run small.

Ordered a heated gilet for a friend for Christmas. Wish I had looked on here beforehand, as others said, sizing is very small.
Also find it unbelievable that they make you do a review before they are willing to let you exchange the product for a bigger size.
I have no problem doing a review or paying an admin charge to swap the product but until we have a product that fits and we can test it feels very wrong doing a review.
The phone number given on the website also does not work. So I am solely doing this review to try and do an exchange so I have not wasted my money. The jacket looks good just runs very small!

I would not bother purchasing anything from this company ,first of all they use yodel my parcel never arrived I'm still waiting for a replacement item now which day said they would send what have not, now they're not communicating no item no refund item was a Christmas present total waste of time, ive already emailed no responce so dont believe the responce.

‼️BE WARNED‼️ Items ordered were heated leggins & long sleeved top. These arrived with the labels already cut out by the company. Which I reported via email 10 minutes after they were delivered. There was not only no size label attached to either garment (the items are poor quality, static, and tiny as everybody else mentions. Size ‘large’ would fit a slim pubescent 12 year old). There are also no care labels attached to the garments. I was told via email by ‘Hike Adventure’, “Regarding the labels, I would like to reassure you that your items are brand new and not "seconds." We often have the physical neck tags removed during the final packaging process to ensure maximum comfort for the wearer and to prevent irritation.”Now Hike Adventure are saying because ‘I’ removed the labels they will offer me 40% refund. In addition, the packaging had the original label covered by a blank label stuck over the top of that. The items look like seconds. At £108 I do not expect goods to arrive in such suspicious and frankly ‘dodgy’ condition. Customer service previously mentioned that I should return the items at my own cost to CHINA! Even though they state online their company is in the Netherlands. Also their phone number on their website is ‘not recognised’ when you try to call it. I have also been asked to measure the clothing, I don’t know what the point in that would be, it’s nothing to do with measuring. Hike Adventure state on their website ‘30 Days Easy Returns, Not your taste? - No problem! You can always return or exchange. We offer a 30-day return or exchange policy’. NOT my experience.
Indeed ‘Jea’ has contradicted his/herself back and forth. I have repeatedly asked ‘Jea’ for my £108 to be refunded in full, and to be sent a prepaid postage label to return the dodgy items ASAP to bring this matter to a end by close. I have been instructed to send back the items to China and cover the postage myself.
In one email they tell me I can’t have a full refund because I’ve removed the labels! Yet in another email they tell me Hike Adventure take out the labels. So if Hike Adventure don’t accept items back with the labels removed, why should I accept items sent to me with no labels? I may be wrong but it would seem they are in breech of UK safety standards. If labels are removed, the law requires that mandatory safety, compliance, and traceability information be provided by other means (e.g. documentation or packaging). None was provided.
For an electrically powered garment containing internal wiring and heating elements, this omission renders the product unsafe to use and legally misdescribed.
Whether the product is “brand new” or not is irrelevant. The issue is that it was supplied without the information a reasonable consumer is legally entitled to receive.
The reply they have posted below is generic. They have NOT been at all interested in helping, indeed today Jea has again told me they won’t pay for return postage. Should this company be able to trade with the Uk?

Absolutely horrendous service and company. Do not order. Despite looking like it is a company from the Netherlands, the products are shipped direct from China and shipping takes a lot longer than stated on the website.
Sizing is way out, and at least two sizes smaller than advertised. No mention of battery pack not included so you are left with an item that is unusable without purchasing further components.
When requesting a return due to the products measuring different to the sizing advertised, (they asked me to send photos to prove this, which I have done), customer services were initially helpful but have now ignored my emails and request for a refund and returns label. I was initial told returns need to be sent back to China at the customers own cost - no mention of this on the website either as it looks like you are ordering from the Netherlands!!
I would avoid this company and not give them your order!
***UPDATE*** I have already sent 4 emails to the below email address, (as they have replied below suggesting that I do) and have had no contact back from them. Absolute rubbish that they will help. Do not waste your money ordering.

Hello ordered some waterproof boots on 21/12, now 06/01 and I am still waiting for an update. I appreciate we have had the Christmas break but the tracking update hasnt changed.

I had asked the company to swap the size of a heated gilet I had ordered, they asked me to leave a review of the company after which they would send the size I had requested. The review went live and then they never sent the item and kept delaying my request with poor communications. Please don't believe any 5 start reviews for this company. The customer service is terrible!

As others have said, this company is fraudulent and I so wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering from them. I ordered a walking pole from them back in November. It took 3 weeks for it to arrive. The wrong one was sent and so I contacted the company who told me that I would have to send back to China at my expense despite their own website stating otherwise, a fact that I reminded them of many times. I exchanged numerous emails with them. They started offering 20% refund which gradually rose to 50%. The pole that was sent is poor quality and certainly not worth what I paid for it or even 50%. I did in the end accept the 50% as I was going away and the annoying back and forth had to stop. They sent an email stating that a partial refund would be forthcoming. Needless to say, it has not arrived and now they no longer respond to my reminder emails.

Ordered a medium heated gilet but it was too small ...I contacted customer service who said I should keep the medium and on measuring again I selected the large. It arrived much quicker than the first, unfortunately it is very tight. I found the size guide quite complicated. I should have asked for the XL. I will probably gift it to someone. Although customer service is excellent I dont think you can return an item for an exchange, as I was informed that would be too expensive.
I'd strongly advise to go 2 sizes up to your normal size. The gilet itself is lovely quality and definitely heats up. I might cut my losses and order an XL as I would have been very happy with it if it wasn't so tight...or...I'll just go on a diet!

UPDATED REVIEW - after leaving my previous review, I have received no response from customer service about exchanging the heated gilet to a larger size despite numerous requests for an update. It seems this company stops any communication after a review is left, which you’re told is the ONLY way you can proceed with an exchange. Avoid!!!

Brought my Dad 2XL joggers and 3XL hoodie which both are far too small. I'm a ladies size 12 and I could wear them!!
I contacted customer service and was offered a 20% discount to keep them, but there no good for my Dad.
I'm then told, which I didn't see on their website that although you ordered from the Netherlands you have to return to China at my own expense, even though the garments are unwearable.
Would never buy again from them
