Takes forever to arrive, called the customer help line for literally 2 days and not even answered and when I finally got to chat help line and explained how long I have waited and asked to cancel order was told to “read the laws, and good luck”

Deutschsprachiger Support. Erstlieferung hängt noch immer beim Zoll. Kurz Support kontaktiert und noch am selben Tag ist ein erneuter Versand angestoßen worden, welcher innerhalb von 2 Wochen bei mir angekommen ist. In Zukunft lieber den direkt den „teureren“ Versand wählen. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich Hiliq vorbehaltlos empfehlen. Auch die Ware ist in einen Top Zustand hier angekommen und wird bereits konsumiert

Habe sehr gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die aktuelle Situation mit den astronomischen Steuern hat mich dazu gebracht hier zu bestellen.
Es ist schon sehr beeindruckend zu welch günstigen Preisen ich hier Aromen und Nikotin kaufen konnte.
Lieferzeit beträgt ca 2-3 Wochen.
Keine Probleme mit Zoll bisher.

Trotz der angekündigten Lieferzeit war ich sehr positiv überrascht, die Ware bereits am 12. Tag nach der Bestellung in meinen Händen zu halten. Ich hatte mich auf eine doppelt so lange Lieferzeit eingestellt.
Für meine Bestellung habe ich die Option ausgewählt, dass sich der Händler um die Abführung sämtlicher Zölle/Steuern kümmert, was auch sehr gut funktioniert hat.
Die Ware selbst war sehr gut verpackt. Mit der Qualität bin ich zufrieden. Auch ein kurzer Austausch mit dem Support nach Lieferung der Ware verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Ich werde dort wieder bestellen.

Ich habe nun zum 3x Bestellt ohne Problem. Ok Lieferzeit 3 Wochen aber da man es weiß kann man früh genug bestellen.
Habe diesmal 18 mg bestellt nur noch Aroma rein und fertig.
Ich bin voll auf zufrieden

Hiliq are scammers. It is so many lies in their marketing and btw they will charge you in CNY, not in USD or EUR as they say.

J'ai déjà commandé à plusieurs reprises sur ce site sans problème mais voilà que...
Comme chaque année il proposent pendant 48h la livraison gratuite mais impossible de payer avec Mastercard (Testé 2 comptes). Par chat ils auraient un "problème" avec les cartes de crédit et me proposent un paiement par virement bancaire, ça semble très suspect!
PROBLEME: Si vous payez par virement vous n'avez aucune garantie, si vous ne recevez pas votre commande votre argent est PERDU sans recours possible!

Das Nikotin hat einen seltsamen Pfeffrigen, drückdenden Geschmack. Ich kann nicht empfehlen hier zu kaufen, dann doch lieber die kleinen Flaschen. Der Support ist sehr schlecht, fokussiert sich auf dinge die nicht relevant sind, und wird unfreundlich.

Very mixed reviews here so i was anxious about ordering from here but i am so happy that i did.

First of all, the nic is really good quality. It has no bad taste or anything like that. I ordered the 200mg one and was pretty worried about it but I'm so pleasantly surprised. Didn't arrive orange or oxidised.

Second, the customer service. Erik has been amazing. During their live support hours, instant replies. I've had multiple problems from my side with paying because of my bank and he offered one solution after the other. I've contacted them multiple times regarding different things and he's always been so helpful.

Honestly my man Erik needs a pay raise he's been great, and I'll definitely be ordering again

Before I placed an order on hiliq website, my didnt receive my package within one week. This is my first time ordered from them. I read about some bad reviews on this site..... so didnt expect a lot. I contacted the customer service. They were very patient and wrote back many emails informing me of the tracking info. Their staff contacted the courier and wrote back to me the progress of every step taken to find my parcel. I already lost hope tbh, since one month passed and the shipping company said they knew nothing about it. But then after a week I received their email informing me of the moving tracking info, and finally I received my package.

The most impressive is that they didnt forget my order and keep hlping me find it even this was only a small order. Really grateful to their attitude and service!

Used hiliq for yrs and never really had a problem but the last big buy I did for nic is all yellow/brown, oxidised and peppery. Absolutely disgusting. What a waste of money.
Will stick with the nz vendors for far better quality.

Wanted to buy some e-juice. Everything was fine until I saw the invoice. Prices were different and my order was totally different. When the delivery was cancelled (because of their faulty documents), they blamed me for that. We have come with an agreement on 50% refund (I had enough of them already, so I just wanted to get rid of them quickly) in about 2-4 weeks. It's been 3 months now - still no refund. So yeah, asian scammers who can't even partially speak english and their every e-mail is a guessing what they meant.

Also funny thing - I was in touch with them all the time and got this line - "Why never contact us and do this?Did you only think you own?".

Do NOT buy from them.

Do not buy from hiliq. My nicotine juice arrived yellow and tasted disgusting. Unlike any nicotine I've ever vaped and mixed before.

Left it fully covered in tin foil the fridge and after a few months, it's so peppery tasting that it was completely unusable. Even when mixed with very flavorful base juice.

Customer service was terrible. You'll hear lots of awful reports of them telling customers to just accept the disgusting stuff. And that's what they did with me.

Wish I had asked others for reviews before I bought. Total waste of money.

My first order with HiLiq was fine: no problems. Now my second order was a very different situation.

My undiluted nicotine arrived yellow & had been oxidised. Tasted Iike chemicals, very peppery.

Australian representative for the company denied anything was wrong with the product and refused to help.

There are better companies out there who sell far better quality product and provide actual customer service. HiLiq are scammers.
