A simple statutory sick pay query has somehow taken Borderless AI over a month, multiple chases and eventually a fee paid to my accountant to get answers they should have provided themselves. The responses have been slow, generic and, despite repeated assurances of “I’m sorry, this is not the experience we want for our customers”, absolutely nothing has changed.

At this point, the apologies are becoming as automated as the service. For an AI company operating in payroll and remote workforce management, the lack of ownership, urgency and basic competence is astonishing. Borderless AI is, quite simply, a disaster.

I have been very happy with the service provided by Borderless. They have been reliable in sending invoices and making payments. I have never had any issues with them, and they have been providing great service so far. I had been using a different payroll service before, but so far Borderless is a great choice. Highly recommended!

The best EOR platform, smooth payments. You won’t even notice that your pay was already credited. I also like the interface where you can change or update your bank details.

I've had a great experience using Borderless Payroll. Salary is always processed on time, and the payroll records are accurate and well-organized. I was hired way back in 2024 and have been using Borderless to receive my salary ever since. I remember way back then, there was an issue with my first payment and it was delayed, but the Borderless Team reached out to apologize and provided excellent customer service. Borderless is a nice EOR platform. From customer support assisting me to sign my documents & uploading needed requirements. Since then, I have never encountered any issue with the app. I love the security on the platform too.

Nice platform, good with managing payments even if you were paid years ago the reference and deatils would still be available on the app plus you can access it anytime as it is available in not just android but ios as well

I have been using Borderless for 5 months but ever since I was onboarded I only experienced good things. There was one time where my pay was delayed for a day I thought it was on Borderless' side but it was on my company's end as it was holiday when payments were sent. Overall I would recommend this platform to start up companies who needs assistance in smooth transition of payments.

Borderless is a very reliable app, and you can easily see your transactions in the app for transparent monitoring.
