We've been hiring cars regularly during our trips to Spain for the past 20 years, I have to say that 'Hire Cars in Spain' are the best company by a long shot. UK based, very professional and their customer service and communication is fantastic. Highly recommend.

I have used Hire Cars in Spain many items , always great service. Yesterday , was exceptional, I returned to my hire care after a visit to the Botanical Gardens in Malaga only to find I had a flat tyre… Malaga Car.com were great , very helpful and reassuring , within an hour I had a replacement car.. same make and model and with a full tank of petrol… highly recommended

Having used Hire Cars in Spain prior to the pandemic, I recently used them again for our first trip post pandemic - and I was thrilled to see that the first class level of service these guys provide has not changed. A good, clear website which is backed up by clear, patient communication on the phone or via email. On top of that, RecordGo in Menorca were equally straight forward and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

I posted a positive interim review on June 28 about experience of booking and now, having completed the rental, I still have nothing but praise. The entire process including pick up and return was seamless. Malagacar the rental company was great, and special thanks to their employee, Rosa, who handled return of the car. She was charming and helpful with tips on how best to get into town (since I wasn’t flying out that day). As it was my first time driving in Spain and, for me, from Australia, on the ‘wrong’ side of the road, I was a little apprehensive at first. But with Martin’s help and the efficiency of Malagacar it was a stess-free and fun experience. Five stars all round!

This is probably my fifth use of HCS; brilliant outfit: warm, friendly, well-informed and always seem to find a good deal... Quite honestly I know I don't need to shop around for a good/better deal, because HCS will already have it!

I must say that dealing with Martin and his Dad, Gordon is always so refreshing and easy. I spoke with him a couple of days ago to chat about HCIS's 'gap' insurance, regarding our forthcoming trip to Lanzarote. The last time we used HCIS was for our Malaga trip at Christmas. We hired a fully insured seven-seater. I was nervous that it might not work out, but I shouldn't have been. As ever, everything was as it should've been, including vehicle type, pick-up details, premium and fuel policy. I recommend HCIS to everyone I speak with. Cheers - Carl & Rachel.

Great Service from these guys. I highly recommend booking a hire car via their web site. Always competitive prices and a very easy booking process. Free cancellations which means you have nothing to loose booking early to secure a vehicle but can cancel and re-book if prices come down or your plans change. It’s easy to do and you’re actually encouraged to do this rather than it be a problem to them.
