High quality prescribed products and high quality service. Super easy to contact my doctor through my dashboard when I wanted to discuss a treatment change. If I ever have an issue (one order of 6) customer service fixes it with a smile.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS!
The 'contact us' tab on the website does not function. I then had to wait 2 days for a response to my email as they do not publish a phone number. The website said they accepted American Express so I put through my payment details and the next day, they told me to use Visa or MasterCard and by then, they had missed that day's mail. Useless!
