This Company went above and beyond i ordered a Tissot watch as a gift for my Grandson’s 21st which didn’t arrive as it had missed out house number contacted them explaining that royal mail had sent it back to them they immediately sent a replacement as the one going back to them was last one instock so they sent me an upgraded model at no additional cost i cannot thank them enough at the Sheffield office , amazing service from an amazing company

Daniel Beever, a watch specialist at H L Brown’s was most helpful with our problem with my wife’s Mondaine watch. He managed to sort out the problem which others had failed to do. He was very pleasant and chatty and overall our experience was excellent.

We took a family solitaire diamond ring into the store and asked for advice which was given, we chose to have the ring resized, the staff were all professional and friendly. We have just collected the ring today and was absolutely over the moon with it, was beautifully done and cleaned to a high standard. Delighted with the first class service given. I recently purchased a 2025 Rolex Datejust 41 from HL Brown, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the selection process with zero pressure.

Orthodox cross
I ordered a bespoke orthodox cross to be made for my God son.
It has been a big project
James was absolutely professional and the same time really responsive to my request
On a separate note I had a ring made with the same precision.
Customer care is absolute top.

Incredible service
Incredible service, so impressed. I put a note on saying I was going away so could they let me know if the order wouldn’t be dispatched that day and got an email back confirming it had been sent out and with a tracking reference.
26 hours after placing order it was delivered.
