This has to be the worst customer service I have ever received. It’s going on a month and a half without receiving a shipment confirmation. I have reached out via email multiple times and have only received 2 emails back saying we will check and get back with you. It’s like I just got ripped off and looking into legal action now. I will never order another thing from this place.

I honestly don’t know how this hobby warehouse got so many good reviews. The good reviews on here definitely had me fooled as I check for reviews on places before I buy anything. This place is the worst warehouse I have ever purchased from! They might be good with their delivery time or whatever people want to say BUT when it comes to returns or a refund they are horrible. The customer service is horrible. Mind you they advise to have a number you can call between 9-5pm but yet no one ever answers there’s not even a answering machine. So unprofessional! I have been waiting over a week now for a refund on a faulty item that I have paid 300 dollars on and they don’t want to give it back or even take the item back by the looks of it . They have stopped replying to my emails. I’ve got afterpay and consumer affairs contacting them and they are even ignoring afterpay. SO HORRIBLE! I wish I could give this place no stars cause that’s what they deserve . Seriously do not buy from them! Cause there is always a chance that you could get a faulty item and they won’t give you back your money that YOUR entitle to.

It's a 1 stop shop with everything you need in 1 place . Brilliant customer service and communication. Super fast delivery makes it all worth the while.

Have been waiting nearly a month (order placed 18/10/20) for my order of 1 item to be shipped! I even paid for a shipping upgrade.
They respond to emails with a "we cannot tell you when your item will be shipped." Will never purchase from here again.

Update: I waited a month for them to tell me the item was out of stock, and I now have to wait 10+ days for a refund.

Terrible dispatch times. I understand Victoria businesses are under pressure during these trying times but this should mean they try harder to please customers and offer good service. No phone available. Emails take up to 2 business days to answer. Placed an order on the 3-10-2020 and it still has not left their warehouse. That's after 5 business days! Received an email today saying it's still being processed at the warehouse after already getting confirmation it was processed on the 3rd of October. Placed another order last Wednesday and no response as yet. Do not even offer to combine postage even though 2 orders now sit unsent at their warehouse. Really not acceptable.

The wood board is exactly as described. I plan to use it for Lino cuts. The product, service and delivery have been awesome.

They do not update their website and will just cancel your order if they don't have the stock. They refuse to communicate with the customer over the phone and take at least 2 days to answer each email. It has taken 2 weeks to sort what we could in a 2 minute phone call. I am still waiting for my refund over 10 days later. I would have been happy to just choose an alternate item but they are too busy or lazy to give any customer service.
I will buy elsewhere when I finally get my money back.

I was highly anticipating the delivery of this vehicle. It arrived within the prescribed delivery time frame and met all my expectations regards to finish and authenticity. I was previously a collector of 1:18 Bathurst winner cars over a period of years but now looking at TV and movie vehicles.

I bought a Cyanotype set via eBay. The quality of the product is great. Price is good.
The delivery was fast and convenient, well packed.
