This is the first time dealing with an estate agent( also first property ever selling )well this company has it all the brains the beauty and the personality.I highly recommend anyone who like me wasn’t sure what I was doing they kept me updated very regularly on everything that was happening with my house it was very smooth.a

Sold our house with Holden and Copley and had a really great experience. Even though the chain we were in was a challenging one! I mainly dealt with Lydia and Josie who I cannot fault, both were incredibly helpful and supportive. Lydia was there for us at the start of our journey and Josie was our sales progressor seeing us through the sale journey to the end and always keeping in contact and making sure we were up to date at all times. Will definitely use Holden and Copley again should we wish to sell in the future.

We had a great experience with Luke, Senior Sales Negotiator at Holden Copley, while buying our first home.
Luke was very helpful from the beginning. He understood our budget and requirements and showed us a property that was perfect for us. He also arranged a viewing very quickly according to our availability.
He then helped negotiate with the seller and worked hard to make sure our requirements were met. As first-time buyers, his support made the process much easier and less stressful.

We had lately twice interactions with Holden Copley & really very pleased with their professionalism. Right from first contact to the journey of purchase , they helped and supported through out. Amazing help from the long Eaton branch for a purchase. I had an extremely awful solicitor but the support from Lianna and Laura was brilliant.

I was selling a house with Holden Copley and was very impressed with the process from start to finish. The valuation was very accurate and the house sold within a week at a price above my expectations. Unfortunately through the fault of the buyer the sale fell through. Sheryl was extremely supportive and encouraging and once again the house resold within another week. Sheryl kept me informed every week as to what stage we were at and chased the buyer when needed. Sheryl is a real asset to the company and I thank her for all of the encouragement.

I can highly recommend Holden Copley. Thoughout the process they have ensured we have been kept up to date so communication has been excellent. Their staff are polite, friendly and proactive and not at all pushy The quality of the photos were excellent and the property was valued at a competitive price. They are quick to follow up on feedback and ensure the Street App is updated which I find helpful. They have done all the viewings on the property which has been a great help. They have made the process so far less stressful due to the friendly and reassuring nature of the staff
