It was great experience for the flight booking and the flight booking was too fast and prompt reply by mansi ensuring booking was confirmed.

It should be zero. Booked& confirmed a lower rate. Then price increased, was told the departure date changed, then the departure price was increased by the airline. It was not. Airline had a lower price for same exact time & date of my booking when I checked while on the phone with customer service. They would not let me cancel,
Do not use. Dishonest company. They are not accredited with BBB. I will never book a flight with anyone but the direct airline.
Would give a zero if possible.

We booked a ticket from Mumbai to Chennai in SpiceJet through Holidaybreakz no info or update till date from this irresponsible and fraudulent company even after the airline cancelled its schedule. Tired of calling them and till date no refund or emails from them. A total bait and scam.
