Made a booking but it got cancelled due to seat unavailability. Reached out to customer care. Mansi promptly helped me with the issue and booked another airline for me .

It was a great experience and especially Baishnavi was very helpful and promptly resolved my problem.

Fraud company

This is by far the worst third party airline ticketing company I’ve ever experienced. They fool their customers by advertising low fair prices without completing their flights booking.

Legit but far from the best

During the Indigo cancellations - when everything was inflated I booked an AI ticket with this website for a good 6K INR lower than the rest of the options.

Issue 1 - I got a ticket from them and a PNR soon, but it was a group booking so I couldn't authenticate via the AI website itself as I needed to use an E-ticker number for Group bookings on the AI site and this co only gave me a PNR.

Issue 2 - 24hrs before my flight, I tried to check-in and still couldn't. Called them maybe 7-8 times on the number provided in the ticket and on their website - no answer. So much for 24/7 service.

What finally worked - messaging them on WA using the widget on the website. They sent me a boarding pass after I gave them my booking ID. That boarding pass had the E-Ticket number and I could finally then login to the AI website and choose my own seat and all.

So, it isn't a scam .. but not a smooth experience by any means.

Leur bas prix sont attractifs mais ils vont vous envoyer un courriel disant que votre réservation est en attente et ensuite demander par texto que vous les appeliez et vous dire que la promo est terminée et vous faire payer le double du Ne faites pas affaires avec eux.

site scam et arnaque attention il faut faire attention a ce site si tu reserve il va vous appler et vous dire que le vol retour n exicte pas et que tu dois paye plus trop trop chere avec des date changer svp c est a 100% fraud
