Booked a holiday with them 3 days ago. Had a confirmation email but then got another email from saying the money has not gone through when it has been taken out of my bank, Been trying to contact them but had no response so far.

Really easy, simple to use and book

First time using this service. Have realised that it is completely misleading. Searching for green list self catering holidays including flights. When you click into the detail, flights are often NOT included (added extra cost) and rooms are often NOT self-catering (note: the inclusion of a toaster does not constitute a self catering facility). This is nothing to do with "extremely time sensitive offers". Further, their 'contact us' web page goes to a 404, and the advertised live chat does not exist. DO NOT TRUST

Nice, straightforward booking system with plenty of information re hotel and flights etc, surprised that money was taken from my account immediately but have to wait up to 48 hours for booking to be confirmed though

DO NOT book a holiday with EXOTICCA!! I am STILL waiting for a refund from COVID cancelled holiday in March 2020. They have been UNHELPFUL, DISHONEST, UNSYMPATHETIC and UNCOMMUNICATIVE. They are the worst travel agents I have had to be in contact with regarding several holidays that had to be cancelled last year. Please at all costs STAY AWAY from EXOTICCA.

Horrendous!!! Booked a 4 day trip to Budapest through this company, only to turn up and find that the hotel hadn’t been paid for. Tried to get in touch through the phone number linked, only to be told “it’s nothing to do with us” as they book through a third party that aren’t ATOL protected. AVOID!!!!

Bei Problemen gibt es so gut wie keine Unterstützung und es gibt entweder keinen Support, oder es wird auf den Reiseveranstalter verwiesen. Auch muss bei der Auswahl darauf geachtet werden, welcher Reiseveranstalter dahinter steckt, da Holidaypirates auch mit unseriösen Veranstaltern zusammenarbeitet, die man besser meidet. Es gibt deutlich bessere Vergleichsportale.
