I won a competition through holiday pirates for a UK weekend break for 2, anywhere I liked from the breaks they advertised. I picked the Titanic Hotel in Liverpool, and holidaypirates sorted absolutely everything out for me. We had an amazing time, and had fantastic service from holiday pirates throughout the whole booking and confirmation process. I won't be using anyone else for future breaks and holidays.

I just wanted to let you know I booked & had an AMAZING holiday through Holiday Pirates & the company ‘Affordable Luxury Travel’ to San Fran/ LA/ Las Vegas in Sept/ Oct this year.

I must admit I was mega skeptical at first about it being a sham/ scam/ fraud type vibe because legit; how could it be that good and be true, right?
But, to our surprise it was one of the best holidays we have ever done and as I had moved down to working P/T (cheers zero working hours contracts!) it was truly affordable.

I would never have been able to afford such an amazing holiday without you guys sending me the info on WhatsApp so THANK YOU!

The platform is very inspiring. I booked several luxury spa holidays for a really small price. Essentially, most of these deals are available on the internet, but it saved me a lot of time to go on this website. Their employees are scanning the web every day and find out what's good value for money. They publish their best finds on the website with the redirection links to the platforms selling the deals. You really have to be quick to book, and a little flexible with the dates but the value for money is exceptional.

They put misleading adverts up when you try to book it was £2500 difference waste of time dont bother...

You advertised a holiday at a price that ISNT correct it's still available and the dates are correct however when I went to book it's £2500 difference THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING....!!!

Great place to find deals if you're flexible on dates.

Customer service is ridiculous, no respect for customers at all, I treyd to speak with 3 people and all of them was so rude. Kept me on hold 2 times for 20 minutes, prices are triple that you can see online.
Honestly my advise don't waist your time.

Use for all my holidays. Been to New York, Florida, Rome, Belgium, Portugal, and Turkey from the website.
Can sometimes take effect booking flights, hotel and pick up services individually but it keeps costs down.
Just bare in mind price will go up from the one advertised but normally not by a lot if you don't mind unpopular flight times etc

It can be a good source for deals but what you'd need to be aware of, is that HolidayPirates seem to show very little effort in investigating into mis-advertised or falsely advertised offers.

They also tend to remove negative comments as they regard them as spam. So, if you want to warn your fellow travellers of a "dodgy" deal published on HolidayPirates, don't be too enthusiastic about it as HolidayPirates won't appreciate that. Repetitive positive comments are fine though and not regarded as spam.

The last but not least, when trying to discuss anything, even the most serious matters with HolidayPirates, expect to receive the 'ahoy matey!' and 'arghh' style emails. I understand this all down to each individual's taste but to me, there's time and a place.

Cumbersome, time-wasting search engine which never refines down to your requirements with any accuracy e.g. you want to fly only from LGW? Well, here are flights from Stansted, and on dates you don't want. Destination and other refinements are also equally flaky and totally unhelpful. Feel exhausted after getting absolutely nowhere!

Booked a weeks holiday via your website (Facebook) and was very sceptical about it.
However it was a very smooth process and was very easy to add or remove optional extras. Also had some fantastic prices.
Very easy to change dates.
Fantastic website for finding bargain deals.
