HolidaySafe does have both a UK and an Internationally based call centre, both trained to the same standard. I recommend Holidaysafe to anyone who is interested in getting a travel insurance policy. We have been using the company for years for my husband who has a couple of health conditions and I’m now happy with my policy change since my recent surgery and the premiums are very competitive.
