Holidays Experts Opiniones

WARNING: Absolute Incompetence, False Information, and Zero Accountability
Save your time, money, and sanity—do NOT use Expert Holidays or Fast Holidays for visa services. Their complete lack of professionalism directly caused my partner’s Schengen visa to be rejected.

I’ve used their services twice now. Seamless end to end. Highly recommended. Was serviced by Katherine

My experience was amazing and very well organised. Special thanks to Kathrine who communicated so well and was kind and patient throughout the whole application process. She made sure all of our documents were ready, assisted us with the application and made sure everything ran smoothly!

I had an excellent experience working with Samuel. I urgently needed a last-minute Schengen visa appointment, and thanks to his expertise and dedication, he was able to secure one for me when I thought it would be impossible.

From start to finish, Samuel guided me through the entire visa process, answering all my questions and making everything clear. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me succeed.

I highly recommend Samuel to anyone looking for reliable and efficient visa assistance. His knowledge, commitment, and outstanding customer service made all the difference. Thank you again for all your help!

I received my schengen visa through the help of holiday experts and samuel, was quite helpful and professional. Everything was pretty smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend them for your next visa.

Excellent service, Katherine and team did a marvelous job. Just got my 3 months Spanish visa. Thanks Katherine xxx

Catherine was a complete mess. We applied fot iceland and Austria as per her both rejected . Also we applied for a uk tourist visa with them again it was rejected. Very unprofessional service

I would like to say thank you to Jennifer who helped to get an appointment for schegen visa. Service was good.

Jennifer was helpful, but I’ve only been granted a Schengen visa for 45 days, even though I travelled to another country for the application and paid the service fee. People hire these services to get support from professionals. Thanks.

Samuel was very nice and supportive throughout the whole process.

Very good service
Thanks to Jennifer

Thank you to Jennifer who helped with me the entire process!

My experience with this Schengen visa consultancy was extremely disappointing and raised serious concerns.
They always book an appointment under a family visa rather than a tourist visa. Also, they influence customers to book appointments in Iceland and other small countries and to provide fake documents. You will get banned by the embassy for them. They provide all bookings as fake.
Another major red flag was that the staff appeared to use fake names, including Jenifar, David, Martin, Samuel, Ria, and Selina, so that no one could track them.

I also noticed that the business seemed to operate under multiple names, including Fast Holidays, Holiday Experts, and Schengen Visa Expert. Despite these different brand names, payments were taken under the company name Fast Fly Travel and Tourism.

The company uses multiple phone numbers, including:
+44 20 8080 8165
+44 20 3059 3875
+44 20 3479 3007
+44 7877 413821
+44 7723 777714

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to carry out thorough research, independently verify all information provided, and exercise caution before making any payments.
