What can I say about our holiday to the Maldives at Siyam World… absolutely amazing ✨
Booking with Holiday Sunsation was incredible from start to finish. Every little detail was taken care of, and nothing was ever too much trouble for Emma and Ben — and I asked a lot of questions!
We were sent loads of photos of the rooms, the island, and all the things to do, which really helped us feel excited and confident before we went. Flights were smooth, the change in Doha was seamless, and everything went perfectly.
It was a truly great experience from beginning to end. We’ve already booked our second holiday with Ben, which says it all.

Worst experience of my life
Holiday Sunsation ruined what should have been an amazing family Christmas holiday.
They breached Package Travel Regulations 2018 and ABTA code of conduct. We paid more than 13k for the holiday and they failed to secure hotel accommodation prior to travel. There were other issues throughout but suffice to say their incompetence was mind blowing. AVOID!

I’m really happy with the service so far. The offer is excellent and the booking process was incredibly easy and stress-free.

No hard sales pressure, very helpful and great deal
Having seen a great offer advertised on FB I contacted holiday sunsation for more info. James was very helpful, patient, and understanding. There was no pressure at all and nothing was too much trouble when I kept changing flight dates. The whole experience through the enquiry and booking was excellent, and nothing felt like too much trouble, and the best part there was no pressure from James what so ever. I've booked a fab 2 week deal to Thailand and will definitely be using holiday sunsation again.

One of the best Travel Agents I've come across
Over the years I've used a number of travel agents and companies and communication can sometimes be a challenge after you've paid - some are better than others. Alex was brilliant - sorted out all our transport (quite a bit on our hol), hotels, flights etc plus the zillions of questions I had - which must have been annoying when you're busy. However he always replied with a smile (which is difficult to do on email). He was even there for us while we were away in Sri Lanka and The Maldives should we have any issues. The holiday was brilliant and will be giving reviews of the hotels however as an agent he made your custom important. We are using him again in January and am looking to use him later on in the year when I've decided where to go.
