Very efficient service.
No hassles at all.
Ordered on Thursday arrived by Wednesday that was due to Easter weekend
From down south to Queensland

Made an order, then sent contact details to finalise payment. Problem is the contact details supplied do not work. Phone cannot connect and no reply to email. Purchase in limbo. Not sure what to do next.

Great company, they shipped everything quickly and even provided free delivery. It’s a pleasure to deal with them.

Super smooth experience. The supplier was extremely easy to communicate with once I completed my order and was also able to arrange express shipping. The part was exactly as described.

Great price. Fast delivery. Good customer service.

The website is easy to use!
I have contacted them twice and had zero response!

Firstly I received quickly the answer, I feel great.

Polite and imediate action very easy to order

It was actually a Scam seller !! Lost my money !!

Good knowledge of the part needed good service fast and reliable will definitely 👍 refer to others

Excellent, fast delivery as well

Price, service and quality of part

item was exactly as described, great communication,
very helpful with freight as i was unable to collect item

Great to find so many parts on the one website. Clear and precise parts finder, though does take some time to load.

Easy to follow

Tried to order a part from them online, received an email asking for registration to check the part is correct, after that I was completely ghosted. Didn’t respond to multiple follow ups. Guessing they sold the part to someone else already and couldn’t be bothered to let me know.

It was very easy to select my make and model of car, and to then find the part I was looking for.

Ordered and delivered next day, radio as described.

I was after a switch for the seat height adjustment of the drivers seat in a 2017 Holden Captiva. You referred my request to Eastern Korean Auto Parts in NZ.

After two unanswered emails to them over a week I decided to ring them at my expense. The gentleman that answered stated he was unsure they had the part and would check and get back to me. He added that they do not post orders and that I would need to arrange a courier to deliver the part to Australia.

He got back to me via email to say shipping would be about $90. He did not say whether or not they had the part.

I have since arranged the delivery of a new switch via Fruugo in the UK for $38.44 including postage.
