Won't be using any more
Spent 1880 on parts needed for a customer they canceled the order, stating thier 3rd party system flagged it as fraud, to use someone else's card abd try agian, and wait 10 days for a refund, when asked why they flagged it they stated they wouldnt give that info but most of the time they check the ip address against the address on the card if they aren't the same they flag it well I never gave promission for anyone to check my ip address in fact it is encrypted for this exact reason, they are taking your info allowing a 3rd party sorcue to get ahold of it and cant and will not communicate with them. So now im going to use summit surr theyll receive the funds at some point cuz I have to have these parts but I will go through hell and high water bot to use holly any more they aren't reliable and they dont care about the customer only protecting themselves and if you are buying bulk form them the lil guy just gets shit on
Diablo i3 Platinum Tuner
Ordered a Diablo i3 Platinum Tuner on December 23rd and was told it would ship out on the 26th. After 3 emails and missed ship out dates I received the tuner 3 weeks later. This has caused a tremendous amount of time and money with my truck stuck in the shop. Save yourself the frustration and order from somewhere else.

There sniper system is a pile of junk the system is a failure and poor made for the money it is not a easy system to adjust or maintain I have yet to be successful even with a programmer directly connected system floods speractily and can not adjust nor learn fast enough and a large cam is hell on it with vacuum loss I have been trying to make a successful drive with out being stranded for over a year now

Header issues
Ordered my flotech headers thru Holley. Spent $800 to have them installed, just to find out there were holes in them from the crappy welds. Took pictures, but can not post them. Very unhappy, $300 for the parts, $800 to install.

We have been fighting a Holley Sniper 2 for 6 months to get a tune. We have had several professionals look at it and tell us it's internal. Holley tech was worthless and now I'm told I'm SOL. Send it in and pay for it's repairs
We tool it off and put an Edelbrock carb on, truck runs great now

Unfortunately, my experience with Holley Performance was extremely negative. I purchased an unlocked car computer at an attractive price, but it turned out to be a trap. The offer seemed good, as they promised to exchange my original computer to avoid additional fees. However, once I sent in my computer, which was in perfect condition, they charged me $647.10 without any prior notice.
The problem is that they never informed me about the specific conditions my original computer needed to meet. There was no clear communication regarding what they considered "in good condition," and suddenly, they withdrew money from my bank account without my authorization. This feels like a scam, as they take advantage of the lack of information and customer trust.
Overall, Holley Performance seems to focus on misleading people with attractive offers, only to end up charging hidden fees. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for honest and transparent service. Beware of this!
Sold a product through a vendor
Sold a product through a vendor, partially included some mounting hardware but didn't state what was not included but required to complete the installation (6 screws).
Cost change after pruchase, no notification
Purchased a Range Technology DFM/Auto start stop device for my 2023 GMC 6.2L. E-Mail received showed a "Total" cost of 246.62 for my order. The next day I noticed unusual activity on my credit card by Holley. Two transactions for 251.68 and a third for 252.04. On day 3, the two transactions for 251.68 were cleared (one charge and the second to cancel the charge). The charge for 252.04 remained and there was not record of the "total" charge of 246.62. I e-mailed Holley with no response about the charges. I telephoned the customer service number and was told that there was an error and an additional charge of 5.06 was added for some mail protection that I did not order and that the tax rate was changed. While the amount is minimal, there was no explanation as to why I wasn't notified of a change in the original "Total" charges. I was told that my concerns would be investigated. 2+ weeks later and no followup. Use caution when making a purchase from Holley / Range Technology. The device purchased works as advertised but I'm dissatisfied with the handling of the charges and billing of my credit card.
Bad out of the box
Bought a holley terminator xmax.. a 6.86” dash and the insert for the dash to fit my mustang.. had to let it sit while i was getting ready for the install and in that time the warranty ran out.. fast forward to the install not my first by the way! Get everything hooked up and triple checked.. go to download the start up software and the ecu is 100% dead/bricked!! Call holley and talked to a tech who couldnt act like he gave 2 cents! Sent the ecu in and get an email that its basically junk and cant be fixed.. that was the last time i heard from them after many attempts through email asking if we were going to try and work things out.. so from here on out i will make sure my hard earned money will never be spent on holley products again! If they gave a shit you would see responses here to these problems like other companies do… but they dont care..

This is the worst company I’ve ever been involved with, my mechanic could not hook up to the system to tune it up! He sent it to Holley for repair after just a year and 3 months, so I was told it would cost me $250 to repair, said it would take a month. He got it back in 2 months, and 2 of the jets were clogged, so they had to send it back again! I have been waiting for 5 and 1/2 months to get my car back in full operation, then my mechanic tells me, they can’t find it! How incompetent can this company be??? I will have to notify BBB of this companies conduct, and also get my attorney envolved! There is NO excuse for this companies neglect for there customers! Do not buy this product, get some other ideas for your vehicle! Signed Completely fed up!

Bought this carburetor brand new. I had my friend who owns his own auto repair business and has worked with carburetors for more than 40 years fine tune it. Over the last year, it has needed readjusting more than a dozen times. The fuel air mix, the choke, the idle ALL need constant attention. It won't start unless it's nearly 70 degrees in the morning, it does while you're driving down the road and it will NOT restart. It's been nothing but a constant headache from day one. Even the old worn out Motorcraft carburetor worked better than this thing does. Recommendation, spend your money on something worth it.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. They know NOTHING about the products and have no way to communicate within the same company. They repeatedly told me they could only email the warehouse for answers??! Are you kidding me! With today’s technology it should be the push of a button to track down what was ordered.
I purchased a catalytic converter and it charged me and said a shipping label was created. That was the end of it. No shipping, no body at Holley could tell me where it was, whether it was still coming or what.
I finally went through eBay and under their guarantee, I was finally able to obtain a refund after 3 weeks of nothing but headaches trying to get answers.
Please……please….please spend your hard earned money on a company that actually gives a crap.
I will continue to post as many negative reviews as possible to save even one consumer getting stuck like I did.
Holley dont know what customer service is
Ordered several parts from Holley. used the Pay Pal tab on there site. Got charged for all of it at time of sale. its two month later and still don't have one of the components. The estimated ship date changes every week, and the estimated ship date is now over a month away. I am paying on something i don't have and i have to eat the PayPal charge as well. Holley don't refund accrued interest.. have been trying every week for 2 month to get some assistance and Holley don't care. had to order a different model with less features. with no help from tech. they would not even order it while i was on the phone. i had to sign back in and do it. total lack of customer appreciation
