Brilliant on line paint specialist they phoned to ensure when stock was not available (discontinued) on my order to phone me to enquire whether the stock they id have left in satin would still work for what my decorator needed to do - that is customer service, knowledge and respect for their customers - for specialist paint they are the go to

Ordered paint and it was not correct colour after sending pictures they just vanished… not responding ignoring… no refund no replacement. We are professionals ordering paint all the time and it is not professional
