Best customer service
OI have ordered edge insulation strip and UFH pipe staples, products are as described and good quality. Not to mention their customer service, they changed the delivery address for me at short notice, can't thanks them enough. On second occasion despite missing the window they went above and beyond to deliver the parcel next day.
Price - they are unbeatable

I purchased 22mm foiled backed load bearing boards to do my underfloor heating exactly as described
Happy to buy again
Competitive price as they do a price promise
Still yet to finish off this project that I’m self doing in my spare time
Hoping the foiled back boards make a good conductive and spread the heat evenly

Product was fine and arrived promptly, however £35 for postage for a single actuator in a small box is exorbitant. How this is justified I don’t know although I’m sure you’ll attemt it. Would look elsewhere next time as the product cost £15!!!!!

Hi Mr Clifton, thank you for your feedback - that product does have several carriage options including a £9.99 express parcel which is the default when you get to shipping, you have to choose the £35 carriage charge (offers same delivery time). I appreciate there are several options available and it may be confusing and we will look to review this.

Cannot fault at all, couldn’t be happier. Arrived 2 days earlier than estimated, great email communication and call from driver on the day to give a couple of hours notice. Delivered to the drive and helped hand deliver to the garage. Excellent price compared to others and £25 delivery! Brilliant company and service 👍
