Unfortunately, my partner and I had a very negative experience here.

We booked two tattoos for 27 August and had specifically requested a female artist because the tattoos were in vulnerable/intimate areas. This was also discussed beforehand by phone, and the reason for our request was acknowledged.

Despite this, we were tattooed in a space with large windows and insufficient privacy. While my partner was exposed and being tattooed, a man walked into the studio and was able to see him. I found this extremely uncomfortable and inappropriate, especially considering the placement of the tattoos had been discussed beforehand.

When I raised the privacy issue with the artist, I was told that she was working alone and therefore needed to keep the door open. What disappointed me most was that we didn't receive an apology or feel that our discomfort was genuinely acknowledged.

On top of this, my partner's tattoo faded considerably, so we contacted the studio about a touch-up. We were told to come back on 15 September. We travelled to the studio specifically for this, only to be told once we arrived that the tattoos weren't sufficiently healed yet and therefore couldn't be touched up. This could have been communicated before asking us to come in.

We paid 3,000 SEK in total. Between the lack of privacy during a vulnerable procedure, the way our concern was handled, the fading of the tattoo, and the unnecessary return journey, we were very disappointed with the overall experience.

Jag är supernöjd med holy ink! Var där med min moster idag och vi är supernöjda, dom va så professionella och duktiga och vi båda var så nöjda. 10/10 service och 10/10 jobb.

Jag förlitar mig på andras recentioner och med detta vill jag hjälpa och uppmärksamma andra. Men så klart valet är ditt.
Holy Ink är en bluff. Jag träffade Jaine som verkade trevlig & tillmötesgående bara för att visa sig vara opålitlig eftersom hon ljög om något som hon lovade. Joel, som tauerade mig, har inte stor erfarenhet och han gav mig ingen råd eller info om ställningsändringen och därmed inte valet heller innan tatueringen.
Jag förklarade att design är jätteviktig och personlig för mig och att det ska bara kopieras från originalet. Jag dubbel kollade innan han skulle tatuera men resultatet blev helt fel. Jag är missnöjd och ledsen. Detta påverkar en person både psykist & fysiskt. Jag skulle aldrig rekommendera detta stället eftersom dom är okunniga och oprofessionella. Man vänder sig till dom för vägledning men jag mistog mig och får nu genomgå laserborttagning. Det är skamligt vad dom har gjort men det är på deras samvete. Att dom bryr sig om sina kunder var en annan lögn. Akta er & va försiktiga. Gör en grundlig undersökning innan ni tatuerar er. Lycka till !

Just varit och skaffat mig min tredje tatuering på Holy Ink på Kungsgatan 5, Göteborg. Kan starkt rekommendera dem (Marlon) som var 100% professionell, noggrann och dessutom snabb. Samtliga på Holy ink var mkt tillmötesgående och trevliga så fanns sex stjärnor att ge skulle de utan tvekan få det!
