Really easy to use website and checkout, with lots of payment options (Amazon Pay, Google Pay, etc… wish there was Apple Pay too). I’ve seen their store in person so I know they’re legit. Only problem was lots of things were out of stock, especially common food items.

Delivery was perfect
Product was delicious. The only problem was waiting. They didn’t have yellowtail fir months Order before they run out again

I’d tried to order a manual Japanese style can opener from another company through Amazon and twice tracking showed it as delivered but it never turned up, so found this store while searching online for local options.

The can opener was a couple dollars less here than from Amazon which was great!

At the same time I ordered a mandoline that I’ve had my eye on for a while, but had put off ordering from Amazon because I know there are issues with fakes being sold.

Package arrived within a couple days, and everything was in great condition. Very happy with my order and shared with a couple friends as well. I’d definitely order from here again.

Great price and also quick shipment with care. The driver texted me three times about the estimate arrival, 10 min before arrival and where he dropped off ( since I was out of the house). Thank you so much!

Order was confirmed, then confirmed to be shipped and out for delivery. I was never contacted by the delivery driver (though I was told I would be), and the order ended up being refunded 20 minutes later. Weird and a waste of time experience.

Quick Shipping (compared to the online MTC Kitchen store where some of my 1+ months ago orders still haven't updated yet), but they could had let me know that the delivery was going to happen on what day... I didn't get any notification and just came home finding that there was a MTC box outside of my outdoor step.

Simple straightforward shopping and speedy shipping. Not to mention a great product at an even better price.
