Precisely what I ordered, swiftly delivered

Ordered three items around Black Friday. Great prices. However, one week after the expected delivery date, still no confirmation of shipment. No reply from their customer service via email. Voice mail full. One day after this rating was posted and charge was disputed, the package was finally shipped. Items were well wrapped and looked great! Dispute withdrawn, all ended well, but the experience was less than stellar. I have updated my rating in response (from 1 to 3 stars).

The experience of shopping at MTC Kitchen Home NY was a milestone. I connected with people who where there for me on every step of the way. That support and communication was more valuable than a store experience. Of course the website was easy to navigate and well organized. I changed all my dishes over 2 years from Scandinavian to Japanese. I love my new dishes and the experience of shopping at MTC Kitchen NY!

Next day delivery for a small order is incredible. I had my product a week before anyone else could send it. The price was a little more than other sellers however it was well worth it due to time restrictions on my end.

Great service great ordering process and good delivery

MTC is my amongst favorite stores in the city. I find a reason to shop here whenever I am in town. I’m going back today to buy a knife to go with the cutting board I just had delivered.

MTC kitchen sent me a defective item a refused to give me a refund or exchange it for the same item. I contacted the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and a representative at MTC kitchen wouldn’t speak w the BBB after multiple attempts.

Yes, I did contact you after the grace period of returns and exchanges - that is correct. But this item was a gift and it wasn’t opened in the grace period/ it was defective. It’s not like the customer changed their mind and/or didn’t want it. We couldn’t use the product at all!! It’s an overall bad business strategy to send customers defective items and not replace them regardless of the “return policy.” On top of that, a representative from your company wouldn’t even reply to the BBB. Horrible customer service, horrible business practice and horrible defective products.
