I purchased a one year prepaid AV code from them but found a better price elsewhere so I requested a refund, THE NEXT DAY. I’ve sent multiple emails to them regarding this and they have ignored me. I followed all their instructions regarding the refund request and they have yet to contact me.

EU law states that consumers must send in the refund request within 14 days of receiving the product, which I did. EU law also states that the company MUST refund the money within 14 days of receiving the request, which they have not. So not only are they ignoring me, but they are breaking EU law by doing so.

I highly recommend you to look elsewhere for a safe online purchase.

Negatief: het duurt te lang eer de licentiecode per e-mail doorgestuurd wordt.
Positief: ik had ongewild een dubbele aankoop gedaan. Na telefonisch contact met een zeer vriendelijke dame bij de klantendienst, werd één van beide aankopen zonder problemen en snel terugbetaald.

Nice to receive a discount. But again another account with a proper password. With a program to use once in a year can is it be confusing. Which was the login to use, which password was used?
