Home Ht GmbH Opiniones

convenient and easy accessible

I contacted the company because I wanted to arrange an appointment to take a look at an apartment i am very interested in.

The estate agent on the phone was very friendly and competent, she sent me a link via email to upload all my documents and verifications and I got back an email with all the necessary data for the apartment viewing.

All is managed online and the whole process is finished in just a few minutes.

Fast, easy to handle and the company is very responsive, great!

In my opinion, this is how real estate brokerage is done in the 21st century.

Best regards
George

Home is doing everything the way it should be done. Their website is clean and easily understood, the application process is seamless and the viewing of the flat I saw was lovely with a lovely Alina showing us around and answering our questions - one on one, rather than a ton of people all at once.

The application process was very efficient, and easy to follow.

Bis jetzt alles wunderbar gelaufen :)

The application process is very seamless.

The idea of making all the paperwork online is so practical, which is an essential things to do nowadays. There was no confusion at all for the visit as you will get your own private time to see and ask about the apartment. Also, the room is exactly the same as the images they have put in the website. For me, this would be the best apartment visit so far in Berlin.

Good service - recommended!

Fast communication after I applied to view the apartment. I was able to book an appointment online and the viewings was just me and the agent (no mass viewings!). The agent was very friendly and answered my question.

I uploaded all of my documents easily to make my application.

A great service.

Sehr einfache Bewerbung, sehr strukturiert!

I just started using Home.ht and impressed by user-friendliness of the interface. What i like the most:

1) High quality photos that give a full understanding of the apartment
2) Easy to book a viewing (no more emails with proposals of convenient time). You receive a photo of an agent that will meet you, which is also cool.
3) Easy to apply - just ID, proof of income, last landlord's contacts.

Easy to use, but perfect would be, just to upload one document. What do you think about it?

Interessantes neues Startup und sehr nette Mitarbeiter!

A modern and easy way to look and apply for a flat. No paper, no unattended phone calls - perfect!

Super leichte Handhabung. Durch das online Bewerbungsverfahren wird einem vieles erleichtert. Einfach Dokumente hochladen und abschicken.
Sehr schnelle Rückmeldung!

I found using the website very easy.
In the application flow, I would suggest having a field for users to add comments/notes if needed.

Eine tolle Erfahrung!
Flexible Besichtigungstermine, freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter und einfaches Bewerbungsverfahren.
Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Very good. I recommend this.
