Thanks for the comments, of course we understand your view though are sorry the rating was still so low, we do hope our service at least was satisfactory.
The Hachiman Garden plates at £7.46 each may indeed seem at the top end of pricing but then they are made in Japan under correct conditions and all Hachiman Garden products are sustainable, long life and eco-friendly being made of either a Wood Pulp Mix or a Paper Pulp Mix. We have now sold hundreds since their launch late last year without complaint and, in fact, with customers re-ordering. :-)
They are also frost proof which, if outdoors, mean they will outlast many a ceramic plate and pot!
Taking all into account we still believe, in the medium to long term, the pots and planters do offer value for money although we guess at first sight they can appear expensive.
Of course your opinion is valid and we never want a dissatisfied customer so, if you would like to return the items, please contact shop@homearama.co.uk and we will of course cover and refund all costs

The buckets are lovely though not squirrel proof!
The buckets are lovely - great colours; they look nice; useful... but the lid is no match for our squirrels. They have gnawed away at it until they got at the birdseed inside. So - great, depending on what you're using them for!
Edited - I received a very nice response about this, to say they will happily sort a refund or replacement lid, which is very kind. I'll just have to think of a way to outsmart the squirrels!

We share your squirrel issue, believe us! Right now our MD has resorted to (1) supposed squirrel proof feeders, (2) a pole protector hood like device to stop them climbing the pole, (3) a distance of 10ft from any tree or post, (4) food kept in a metal tin within a metal tin plus (5) a dog to chase them off. Result?? The squirrels are still there trying every which way to break into the feed, its like a military operation and reinforcements have been called in as there are now 3 of them!
On a serious note please do not be too harsh on Hachiman, we agree the lid is no match for squirrel teeth, ingenuity and persistence; if you would like a refund or a free replacement lid sending out please just email mike@homearama.co.uk and it will happen
