Whilst we are pleased our service and prompt refund justified a 4 star review we are of course deeply disappointed our Bosign Laptray did not meet your expectations. The range is amongst our bestselling collections and returns are low but, due to the handmade and applied nature of the walnut top veneer then striations, marks and even small blemishes, especially on the edging, can occasionally be seen. Whilst this does not effect the overall performance of the product we do understand such things can be irritating once spotted! We do 100% check all stock prior to despatch for this reason and apologise if, in this instance, we missed anything.
We truly hope this will not put you off shopping with us again

Thanks for the big "up" and for buying a Jalo Lento Smoke Alarm. The installation is simple but the twist click to switch the alarm on can be quite hard to avoid accidental turning on! If you have any problem we'll be happy to talk you through it.
No smoke alarm should be used for more than 10 years, Jalo alarms have a built-in 10 year battery, as they can lose their efficiency and, of course, for such an important role we want them to be in perfect working order! Nevertheless do remember to use the test button every so often and also hoover round the fins to ensure no dust or spiders are blocking the sensors.

In terms of communication we try to treat our customers as humans and keep them as up to date about things as we can. We know silence can be deafening and its always good to know what is happening.

Despite nearly 3 years Brexit remains an issue for all importers from the old EU! The beautiful teabox you kindly bought comes from Bredemeijer who are based in Holland. Whilst some shipments do certainly come in smoothly others do not with UK Customs rejecting them for all kinds of reasons! Sadly the stock replenishment order we were waiting for got caught up in one such rejection leading to an unplanned delay on your order. We are sorry but pleased we still managed to get your purchase to you sooner than expected. We hope the wait was worth it and the teabox will hold your tea for many years to come.

Fantastic customer service
I ordered two Bosign large lap trays in November and the following day I was notified that due to the heavy snowfall in Sweden, my items would be delayed.
I was kept up to date at every point which very few companies give these days and was notified on dispatch .
The trays arrived really well packaged and are much better than I had hoped for! Great design and functionality which I can highly recommend.

Wow Nicholas what amazing feedback, thank you, thank you so much! As most of our products are restocked from Europe and further afield we are often held hostage to the vagaries of weather, amongst other things, and its great when people are so understanding. We always try to keep information flowing, be it good or bad, so our customers are never left "dangling". Packaging too matters to us especially when we witness how some, not all, couriers treat boxes!
We have sold Bosign lap trays for many years now and they are amongst our bestsellers so its great you love them to and thank you for recommending them!
