The website says that they deliver in 2-4 days. I ordered a replacement part and chose bank transfer as the payment method. The delivery fee is ridiculously high for such a small piece, so I thought it would arrive soon. I was surprised that I was not directed to bank payment service immediately, nor given information about the payment. One day later, they sent me payment information and I paid. The next day, when I asked about the delivery, they told me that they only received the payment yesterday. I told them that they promise to deliver in 2-4 days and to ship the order on the same day in Ireland, and that they have already wasted my time for 2 days. They cancelled my order because of the complaint. I tried to order the same thing with a credit card because that at least is payable on the same day. They failed to deliver them as well, as apparently, they cannot think business first but only their hurt ego. So, all in all, this is the worst company to order anything. But if you do, don't give them any feedback because they can't handle it.

Not true. I only got the bank details one day later in a separate email. This was the cause of my confusion. I would have expected to be directed to a bank payment platform or at least given the payment information at the checkout. This was not the case.

I paid you immediately when I received the information. You didn't deliver it on the same day, nor the next. This was not what was promised at your website.

How can I pay faster, if you don't provide the information without delay?

Apparently this is abusive: "Why the hell did you deliver payment information only yesterday. Why couldn't I pay immediately? Why are you running such a shitty business? 2 days gone from the promised 2-4 days."

I was frustrated because you couldn't deliver like promised. To my mind, your service failed. I couldn't pay immediately and you did not provide information to me without a delay. I see this as bad service.

"--We did refuse to send your order and refunded you your money in full to your bank account. Our staff have a right to do their job with not having to read your messages."
If you did your job in the first place, there wouldn't have been any complaints from me. Besides, the money has not reach my bank account yet. The 2 payments with my credit card were reimbursed. Those I did to see whether you can deliver with faster payment method. My conclusion: no. Your ego got hurt and you could not focus on business. Sorry about calling you shitty. But you are disappointing as a company.

Ciaran was extremely helpful from start to finish which made the whole process of buying an espresso machine seamless. I highly recommend this company.

After six months of research, including where to buy them in London, I finally purchased the Lelit MaraX and Mignon grinder. I'm very pleased that I chose Home Coffee Machines. Ciaran was excellent, providing great support from answering my questions to ensuring a swift dispatch. I feel fortunate to have found them and will definitely return in the future.

I wanted to address a misleading complaint that has surfaced here, which unfortunately uses a post I previously wrote in haste but later retracted. The company in question, Home Coffee Machines, along with Mr. Ciaran, have gone above and beyond to resolve the issues I originally encountered. Not only did they agree to replace my machine, but they have kindly allowed me to continue using it until the new model is released—an extraordinary gesture that reflects their dedication to customer satisfaction.

I must emphasize that my earlier complaint holds no relevance now, as the matter has been fully resolved to my utmost satisfaction. Mr. Ciaran has demonstrated exceptional professionalism and genuine care throughout the process, making this one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Their pricing is competitive, and the level of service they provide is unparalleled. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone; you will not be disappointed.

It’s unfortunate that my old, now irrelevant complaint is being misused to mislead others and tarnish the reputation of such an outstanding company. I urge everyone to consider this clarification and base their opinions on accurate and current information.

I bought a coffee machine from them (profitec pro 500 pid) and a grinder (eureka specialita) and the coffee machine won’t start. Profitec messed up in binding one last wire to an output inside, and they had instructed me exactly on how to proceed with the issue. Insanely great personal customer service. 10/10 recommend.

I contacted this company recently for the first time to repair our coffee machine. I found them very efficient and professional to deal with. They responded to telephone calls and emails very promptly and were very accommodating in resolving any issues which arose.

I cannot speak too highly of Home Coffee Machines. My ten year old Rancillo picked up from the door, north of the Island, returned repaired and refurbed to the same door without any hassle and in a remarkably short space of time. Diagnosis was prompt and any queries answered quickly with update emails regarding progress. Ciaran was most helpful. Cost I considered very reasonable.

Extremely quick delivery and most importantly the replacement worked straight away. They provided me with a video on how to replace the part myself saving my a large extra cost on installation costs. Will definitely use again. Thanks all

I live in the US and they noticed my shipping address and reached out promptly by email making sure I was aware I was buying a machine rated for 220v (not 120v) and offered to provide recommendations for appropriate converters! They were very helpful and prompt. I ended up canceling my order but was very impressed by the customer service

When things go well everyone looks good. When things go wrong you'll find out what a business is really about. My new coffee machine shipped with a fault. I contacted Home Coffee Machines, we did some video trouble shooting and couldn't resolve the problem, they shipped out a new one as replacement. I'll be using these guys for all my coffee hardware requirements.

I couldn’t fault Ciaran and Home Coffee- they were great to get back to me quickly. My Sage coffee machine is working perfectly and they made the whole experience very simple and straightforward. Would highly recommend.

I bought my new ECM machine from Home Coffee Machines and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Ciaran provided highly professional and responsive customer service; fielding my various queries, fitting my flow control for me etc. Delivery was quick and efficient and all items were packed very carefully and securely. After my machine arrived Ciaran was also very responsive in answering my follow up queries, including taking the time to talk me through calibrating the flow control device on the phone. Was looking for a Bianca v3 and came across this company who were selling it cheaper than elsewhere. I was abit hesitant as a person should be but I checked out Trustpilot and Reddit to check if they were legit.
