Great customer service
I have contacted many coffee machine shops and this was a really positive experience right from the beginning.My overall experience can be rated as 5 star, especially the service provided. I was helped all the way through the whole purchase process, no matter what question I had about the product or service, all were answered without being pushed to purchase the product. The owner is really interested in customer's satisfaction.

Just purchased a Rancilio Silvia Pro X from homecoffeemachines.ie, cheaper than in mainland UK and the owner Ciaran is great to deal with, very helpful.
Delivery was also first class, highly recommended.

Counterfeit item sold
Counterfeit item sold - Advertised (and pictured in the ad at the time - documented) Rancilio gasket and shower screen , the gasket isn’t a Rancilio part and is also not a gasket. It’s a piece of rubber without food-grade certificate and can be made out of harmful materials. This "gasket" could also lead to a potential damage to the machine.
