I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and…

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago and I haven't received my order I put a dispute in with PayPal and got my refund but now this company is harassing me and saying that I've received my order when clearly I haven't not happy at all.

DO NOT ORDER scam, by the looks of the reviews it's been going on for years.

Item never received, no response to emails, nowhere to request a refund.

Update: items received weeks late after I made a chargeback. Owner emailed me a very strange email blaming me??

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER! The most awful customer service I have ever come across, placed an order and paid for NEXT DAY DELIVERY well two weeks later and I still haven’t had my order! Have emailed and rang so many times but never had a reply, had to put in a claim on pay pal just to try and get them to do something! Awful company don’t even try to order, you will regret it!

Placed order...then waited and waited

Placed order...then waited and waited. No sign of order. Eventually, got an email response saying the goods were out of stock...but with an 'optomistic' restock date. Then nothing! After several weeks' waiting took case up with Paypal.

Homecrafts failed to respond to Paypal's request for further info...so Paypal refunded my payment. An appalling experience with a company which - judging by others' experiences - simply doesn't deserve to survive!

Order placed 7 February....still no delivery on 15 March

Order placed 7 February. As of 15 March 2019 order not fulfilled.

Homecrafts regularly sends out emails to us encouraging us to log on to our account for an update on delivery. When we log on there is no information.

Terrible customer services then make this worse by stating in writing it takes up to 10 working days - that is up to 14 days in reality - to respond to any COMPLAINT made by email. Don't bother trying to ring....they NEVER answer.

Companies operating like this deserve to go under.

Totally unresponsive after shocking service

I placed an order and paid the premium for next day service as I urgently needed the goods in question. The order wasn't even dispatched until the next day which was a Friday, using a courier service level that didnt deliver over weekends. I have sent Homecrafts emails via their website, directly and at their request (ironically on the promise of free delivery of my next order) posted a review all to no avail. No response whatsoever. Monetarily this is a small issue but the principle stinks. They are totally unresponsive and clearly just dont care. They have falsely charged for a service they never intended to deliver. Do not trust them at all - as per the previous review - shop elsewhere.

Homecrafts has clearly adopted the Ryan…

Homecrafts has clearly adopted the Ryan Air approach to service, you know, the one where you pay for something and expect it to turn up to your house at some point but it actually gets diverted to heaven-knows where and anything that happens thereafter is clearly not Homecrafts' problem. There is no way of finding out where the goods went and no hope of the items or refund, if the lack of e-mail communication is anything to go by.
I don't judge a company by their mishaps, I judge it by how they deal with them, or rather, completely fail to deal with them.
Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Great art supplier

I recently bought some acrylic paint and was very pleased with the product, service and quick delivery. The paint was also a more reasonable price than on Amazon.

home crafts' customer service is very good.

Ordered screen printing medium from Homecrafts website, however once I put it through, the website came up with an error message and after reading some bad reviews of the site I was rather scared it had lost my order and charged me. I called the customer service line after the weekend and they were really nice and sorted out the problem in under a minute, my order got to me well in time even though the delay with the error. Would definitely use them again.

Homecrafts is a great store

Homecrafts is a great store with wide range of products and excellent customer service. I am extremely satisfied that I placed an order with Homecrafts.
I must admit in the beginning I was hesitating whether I should order from their website or not because of the reviews here in trustpilot. But I decided to risk and I was not disappointed.

First of all I payed by PayPal which makes my purchase secure and in case the product is not delivered or does not match with the description on the website I am eligible for a compesantion.
Second of all the product was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 working days and it was delivered on the 3rd working day.
And last but not least I had the chance to talk to Homecrafts Customer Serivice over the phone and should say that they were highly professional.
I just decided to share my pleasant experience with Homecrafts because I believe the reviews on Trustpilot I have read before placing my order are irrelevant to that company.

Homecrafts use Yodel

Homecrafts use Yodel - another good reason for avoiding them. I emailed Homecrafts when Yodel dumped an item at my cottage row instead of the cottage row a couple of miles away. I couldn't drive at the time because of a broken wrist. A couple of weeks later and Yodel hadn't been. Homecrafts ignored all my subsequent emails registering concern. I later found the intended recipient via a fluke. She had found Homecrafts unhelpful, unresponsive and intransigent.

Save yourself an unpleasant experience

Save yourself an unpleasant experience, do not use this company. Awful attitude towards their customers. Received damaged goods due to inadequate packaging. Only given a partial refund. Also still charged for postage. When queried this with them I got a really sh*&ty attitude in return. Suggested I pay to return the items so that I could have the original postage amount refunded!!!!! Good luck with your business treating customers like this you won't have many return.

Absolutely disgusting company

Absolutely disgusting company, should have read google reviews before placing my order a month a go which i never recieved, not one of my eight emails have been answered, the phone doesnt get answered, I would AVOID at all costs. Will be contacting trading standards.
