Sorry to hear your wallpaper did not arrive when expected. I've checked your tracking and it appears the parcel did leave us the same day you placed your order however for some reason it took a day longer than expected to be delivered by DPD, we will be investigating this with them and would like to offer you 10% off any future purchases with us as compensation for the late delivery - we apologise for the delay.

Hello, I can see your order was placed on the 29th of December - samples can take up-to two weeks to arrive to America as we are based in the UK. Fast shipment to the US
What a wonderful experience. I couldn’t find Versace wallpaper in the US. I found the website for Home Decor Hull Limited and was blown away by the selection.
I placed my order on a Monday and it was at my door in the US on Thursday. And the wallpaper is much more beautiful than I even expected.
Their customer service is amazing. Very friendly. Responded to my emails promptly. I will use them again! Thank You HDHL!
